When I put a dodgy address it comes back as wrong. Even if the postcode is the same as the entropay account.

By "applying as a business," I'm assuming you mean applying for a business account. So my question is: what about PayPal Premier accounts. Does the above method as a whole work for Premier accounts?

Yes, the aspkin's guide was definitely helpful, not mentioning this one created by the OP.
My current problem is that i live in Europe now and i have approx 5000 usd on my paypal account. I had some account suspensions, chargebacks, etc on my ebay (had some very bad experience with crazy buyers) so right now i would need:
1. A pre-paid card which supports direct deposits and accepts paypal (so i can transfer my paypal money to the card).
Does anybody know a card type in Europe which knows this? I googled it an found nothing. Even a card from any country would be fine i guess. Maybe an already activated nfinanse.
So my goal: to transfer all my paypal money to a prepaid card and then walk to an ATM just like the OP said.

True, but you can only fund your entropay account with your bank account or credit card, thus you are not anonymous.

If I transfer money from paypal to nfinanse. Is the name in paypal need to match the name in the nfinanse account in order the direct deposit go through?
