Top25,

It can take 2-5 days for approval. expect around $3-$5 for your article, if it's original.

I was also looking at con*stant con**tent, it doesnt look like anyone buys anything there lol

Not bad but doesn't really work for europeans :(.If someone will find a site that accept articles from Europe please post it here.

Try speaking closer and louder into the mic. It did that to me at first I but I just kinda yelled into it and it got through.

Hey all, I am new to this forum (and no i didn't come here from DP) but have been looking at the information and tips here for months. I had to join after this amazing tip from shaqsquash. Thanks for sharing bro. So I have integrated all the techniques, and even submitted articles. I may be slow or something (lol) but I have a question regarding the article submission. Do we submit it as exclusive / upfront payment for us to get the 3 - 7 dollars payment? If so, would the company accept 20 or so articles a day without any issues??

I don't think so. This is me putting myself in their shoes, if I saw someone constantly having more than 10 articles a day I would only pay for half of those articles and they would all go through to my site anyway and you wouldn't get paid. I would then order some of the staff to go check if any of your articles were re-written. Moderation is the key, if you want to post 20 or more articles your best bet is to distribute that throughout other accounts. Moderation is the key to decrease your chances of being caught in any BH activities... but people are greedy.

Anyway it took me 25 minutes to re-write a normal 400 words article, for non native english speakers like me this task gets a little bit more difficult or less rewarding, unless you're from one of those countries where one dollar is worth something.

I will definitely give this a shot. Only two things I realize about Dragon Naturally Speaking is this:

1. It slows my PC down a bit because of the "docked" bar at the top. I'm sure I can re-adjust this but it sucks when your PC slows down a bit.
2. I'm talking into my mic nice and clearly yet its still not picking up the words I am saying. Instead, it puts out differenter words, as if my vocabulary is jacked, lol. I'll try and speak closer and louder though. That's what I get with a $10 mic from Wal-Mart, maybe I need to try RadioShack and get a headset. :)

wow, sorry for all this.. my internet connection sucks.

You know, I really don't get why you 'noobs' really want to start this off by outsourcing?? That's like jumping from A to K...You missed all the learning and steps in between...

Listen, you're better off doing this the 'hard' manual labor way by writing yourself because it will only take up 1-2 sweet hours of your day. If you made an extra $1000 a month and spent 2 hours a day doing it, you'd be making $16/hr. You get good at it, you're making $33/hr...

The reason I say this is because if you are in fact new to IM - you will benefit by learning a skill which is writing/dictating which will then lead into a much more powerful skill - copywriting...if you so choose...

Learn it from the ground up! Pick up all the nitty gritty details and learn a skill set so when you reach the point where you feel like you're too good for it, then outsource it...Don't be greedy, like the OP said, this method will probably never get saturated...

Write a few on your own, add some outsourced work, and keep it going until you start to reinvest you monies into larger projects and ween off the manual work to full outsourcing...if you can't even write an article on your own - how will you manage a team of writers?...

I'm just saying you will become a better person and marketer by flexing your writing muscles...no need to jump to the steroids right away :)

After going through many mics and headsets, what I found that worked best for me on my laptop was the Logitech USB headset. Picks up clearly and minimizes errors.

Mine is older than the one in the link below, but similar.

Code:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/webcam_communications/internet_headsets_phones/devices/3622&cl=us,en

From what I've read and personally experienced, if you have a poor soundcard like on a laptop, you should go with a USB headset. Seems to work better.

I have to second this. I have used Dr@g0n in the past with both a desktop mic, and a headset mic. My preference is to use a USB headset mic. The program definitely picks up your voice better than a built in or desktop mic.

Ok. I believe I may have a workable solution for the non-US members who want to try this system. PM me for details.

Thanks.

hey i found this instructions on how to rewrite articles using pre-recorded audio files

but im not sure how to find the right tools to use with this instructions anyways check it out below

how to rewrite articles using pre-recorded audio files

1. Speech recognition software is launched

2. The speech recognition window of the speech recognition software is opened in the same as if a live speaker were using the speech recognition software.

3. Find mixer utility associated with the sound card using operating system functionality.

4. Open mixer utility (see the depiction of one mixer's graphical user interface.

5. (Optional) Save current sound card mixer settings.

6. Change sound card mixer settings to a specified input source (i.e. "line-in") and the output path to wave-out (via "What U Hear" in the case of SoundBlaster Liveâ„¢ card.)

7. (Optional) Change the sound card mixer setting to mute the speaker output.

8. Activate the microphone input of the speech recognition software.

9. Initiate media player device to play ".WAV" file into the line-in specified in step 6 .

10. Open the speech recognition window such that the speech recognition program receive the redirected audio and transcribe the document.

11. (Optional) Restore the sound card mixer settings saved in step 5.

now the way this would work i think is we could find articles then copy and paste it into a text to speech program and then the text to speech program would convert the texts into wave or mp3 files then we could use the instructions above to to convert the wave or mp3 files into writen texts which would give us a fresh new content like i said the only thing i dont understand is where to get a free mixer utility that could help us do this hopefuly someone here knows alot when it comes dealing with audios now dont get me wrong dragon speaking is a good program but not all of us like speaking into a microphone and reading out loud we could elliminate the need for doing the reading and instead use a pre-recorded audio file what do you guys think??

Is there another speech recognition program besides dragon naturally speaking? I can't use that one at all.
