20 days turnaround is way to long for some people including me.

Hello All,

My sincere apologies for not answering your queries during the last two weeks. As it was mentioned earlier here, I was on a short trip to my home country and I was supposed to be back here earlier last week itself. However, I met with a minor accident and I had to spend few days in a hospital. I had access to email during this period and I had replied to everyone who contacted me through mail. However, I could never log on to this forum and reply to PMs or questions posted here.

Now, this is no excuse for not answering client queries or answering to PMs on time. I apologize to all who got real frustrated without receiving my timely replies.

Regarding the delays with some of the orders, we are through with most of the pending orders. Right now we have 4 orders which are delayed by 3-4 days. All these orders are set to complete by end of today and reports will be sent out later tonight or early tomorrow.

Also, some of you might see some of the tasks in red. We will update these as well, in an hour or so.

Client support from our end was at the lowest level in the last week, as I was not in a position to reply here in BHW.Once again, I apologize for causing so much of frustration to you all.

Now that I am back, I will be available online 10-12 hours a day online in BHW and you can expect answers to your queries on the same day itself.

I currently have a project with you guys and as of now it is one day over due. So far only the content and account creation are shown complete. All of the other tasks still haven't ben complete or updated on the status like Article Directories, Tier 1 & 2 Sites, RSS Submissions. Can you please give me an update of my project? I sent an email yesterday to your team but no reply.

One day is better than 6 days... my project now shows 6 days overdue... over the past 5 days i've sent 3 unanswered emails for a status update. Everything seemed to be fine with regards to task completions in the project management system and correspondence until about a week and a half ago when everything seemed to stop.

He does exactly what he's advertised in and it's actually a pretty clever and cost-effective way to leverage high-rank profile opportunities and low-rank profile opportunities. I will say that the low-rank profile pages likely won't get much juice but we'll see.

If you're an SEO house, this is a cost-effective way to get your clients setup. Although the articles are professionally written, I'd recommend writing them yourself and submitting to Tom.. I'd also recommend that Tom offers a discount if you choose to do this. The video is a series of images from your website which is good enough.. it's actually pretty well done.

The only thing I'd say is don't expect 10 day turnaround... Mine took 20. I'd use Tom's service again and just expect delays.. the service is still worth the wait.

I still think that whatever is going on in his life, he could still take 2 mins of his time to stop by and tell people what's going on, I mean I was just in another country last week and I did some online work on my iphone for crying out loud.

I have received my report a couple hours ago. It was about four days late, but it worth the wait. Everythig is as described.

The articles are written professionally, native english, at least I would say. The web 2.0 sites have a related picture and my youtube video embedded. The video is pretty nice, more like a slideshow with good effects and with good music. The profiles have 2 links to web 2 sites, 1 link to my money site. My article is on Ezine and 10 others. Screenshots of content distribution networks with my article included in the report.

The only negative is the 4 days delay, wich I wouldn't have a problem with if they let me know about it. At the start the project was updated on 5pmweb, then they stopped updating there. So the communication could be better.

In summary, I think this is the best invested money I have spent on BHW services. Once the content delivery networks cick in (they will, because it's a great article), I will see hundreds if not thousands of links. For $67 it's a no brainer. I have a promise from Tom that they do their new link indexing magic with my links (was not included in my report), can't wait to see the results.

I will try Tom's daily backlinks service as well and will see wich service has a permanent stay in my monthly budget.

Yes, we can use your own video, if you have one already created. You can send us the youtube url once you placed your order. But I assume you would have gone somewhere else by now. cost of not offering proper support.

Hey Tom4business, looks like you got a good service going here. I have a question, I already have a video made along with the article written. Can you use the video for the vid sites? Any discount since you dont have to create one.
Also for those interested, I live in the philippines also and we went thru that typhoon, messed us up for couple days too. This weekend is a big holiday, all saints day and everything shuts down til tuesday. I know all my staff are off til tuesday. I suspect the same for him.
