It depends mostly on how many items he has or plans to invest in.

Just 20 items a month, a store won't really do anything for him and the monthly fee will outweigh the insertion fee savings. 200 items a month, all different items, I would recommend getting going straight to a Premiere but I don't remember if there are additional requirements.

1) Submit a EIN (Employers Identification Number) if you are American. This can be obtained quickly and for free.

2) Change the last four digits, or rearrange the numbers. PayPal can not verify your social. I know this because I have called in and gave them a fake social every time they have asked for one. Supposedly you will run into an issue once you deposit/withdraw $10,000 USD - but I have not had such problems.

I listed the same items multiple times and recently had to delete it due to their new policy. Now it is listed as an auction and buy now. I only sold about 4-5 of the digital products. Do you have any tips on how I can increase my sales? I also thought about selling physical products, I searched online and found some drop shippers. But I found some of the items on ebay are selling about the same or less than the wholesale price. How are people making any money then? Thanks for your help.

PayPal never looks at this information. At least never that I have come across. Why? Because they get a couple thousand a day.

Buy a sales order or reciept book online, or create one.

I write a fake business name in English, something like:

Chen Xiang Plastics Industrial Co. Ltd - Changsha Hunan China (which is a Chinese business - you can make one up)

You can translate a entire fake order from English to Chinese with Google Translate. Add a spot for Shipping, write "DHL" somewhere, a couple numbers, print in low quality. Scan/Fax to eBay.

$2.99 + Free Shipping - this will allow your digital product to slip through the filter a little easier.

Also, if you can, create an actual CD Label using MSpaint, tape, and a blank disc and sell it as a physical item. Most people know it will be digital and will appreciate getting it quickly they won't complain. To a quick glance by eBay, it will look like your are shipping a physical disc. If tracking is needed, burn it to a disc and send it to your customer upon request or dispute only.

Another thing you can do is if the item is purchasable at a local store, go buy it and change some numbers around.
make the date early enough so it would not have been returnable, then when they ask why you sold it for less than you bought it for say you couldn't return it and just wanted to get some money back. i did this with a bestbuy receipt worked like a charm.
easy to do with photoshop.

Yeah, that is what I was afraid of someone reporting me about not sending a physical CD. If someone can explain this to me. If I am selling it at $2.99 with free shipping, I am in the red then. For a flat shipping fee, it will cost $4.95. I don't see how anyone could ever make a profit.

Here is another question if you can answer for me. How many listings should I have a month to make daily sales? Right now I have about 3-4 listings of one digital product (maybe total of 10-15 listings) and paying for the insertion fees, but I am not generating a sale a day. Any tips would be most appreciated. Thanks.

By using a legitimate prepaid debit card, having the funds transferred as you would any bank transfer. You can send funds from a stealth PayPaI account, but I generally do not recommend it unless you can pull the funds out quickly and don't mind running the risk of potentially losing your legitimate PayPaI account.

What you can also do is called product funneling. If you are able to purchase on eBay and have it sent to a secure address, you can buy things such as Video Game Systems and have it sent to you, and then you sell it on Craigslist. Sometimes, you earn a little extra money this way.

It may be beneficial to appear to buy something from yourself. To do so one would again need very distinct pay pal accounts probably with different identities attached to each. How would i go about doing such a thing? I only have one address, so would i have to make the other addresses up? Is there a possibility that paypal will discover that the identity attached to a certain account is nonexistent and then they just take all the money from that account. These questions are the only think keeping me from some online ventures they i would like to persure so i would greatly appreciate some guidance in the matter.
