Yes I'm having the same problem. Does anybody know if Accountnow will work to transfer money from a paypal account under a different name? or does it necessarily have to match the name on my accountnow account? please help.
Can I link a new paypal account withnew ip to my old ebay account if I change all the information o the ebay account including the user name (from another ip of course). my ebay account is still good and has over 3000 feedback along with power selling and top rated seller status. I don't want to give it up. I dont' care about changing all my information on the account I just want to know if I link a new paypal account to it will it be flagged? I will change the information on a public ip address and only access the new paypal and ebay account with new ip address and new user.

In the past I use to always promote my items in craigslist by
creating an add and then putting a link to my sales page within the craigslist add.
I now live in Taiwan and when I try this method I get the phone verification request.
I do not have a usa phone since i no longer live there and also do not have anyone in the usa
who can help me.

A seller and I are having an issue with paypal. He sent 2 request to one of my accounts for iphone 5s. I paid, the seller withdrew the money to the account. It was taking extremely long and we were wondering why. Paypal put a temporary hold (disputes) on the 2 transactions. They reviewed it for 14 days... And the money went back to my account. And my account is limited. It been limited. it was in the negatives for a lot. Im assuming paypal didn't want to lose out on some money. What can the seller do? Isn't that illegal. And the seller said his account is in the negatives. Please help us. How does he get his money back
