I was wondering, what is the actual turnaround time? How long do people usually wait? I've only received a message saying "Order queued." and nothing else, no time frame was provided.

Bad luck with this service. wanted him to write 4 product descriptions for items i am selling and i get 4 articles explaining how the reader can do the service i am selling for free. not really want i was looking for, so asked for a rewrite thought mixed my order with someone elses when writting. all he did for the rewrite is at the end put "if this does not make sense send it to us and we will fix it" but it still explains how to for the customer to do the service them selves.

Usually it takes 2-3 days for 10 articles x 500words.

If you want a specific time line on when your project will be completed - Please email me and i will let you know the delivery date.

I'm quite unsure of what has happened here - I would be more then happy to provide you with 4 free articles/descriptions whatever you want in order to compensate you.

This rarely happens, and it's highly possible that the wrong articles did get sent to you or maybe there was some other mishap while delivering/taking the order.

You have sent me the wrong articles, if this is the case with all your clients then this means that the articles you write for us are not unique as they get distributed to the wrong people meaning that something I paid for can easily be stolen by anyone else if in the wrong hands.

It was a human error - If you would let me reply to your email and wait for it. That would seriously be useful. I received your email 12 hours ago, when it was 2AM in my country. A little patience would be appreciated.

We had sent you the wrong articles, it was a human error. The client whose articles were sent to you, has already been notified and we have supplied him with free replacement articles. Had this been the case with you, we would have done the same thing.

I believe, you need to trust us a little more and wait for a reply before posting all sorts of stuff on the thread. Your articles should be with you in the next 48hours or so or maybe even less. They are in proof reading right now.

Again, i reiterate the fact, that we only supply unique content and sending the wrong articles to you was just a human error. All articles upon delivery and receipt confirmation by the client are immediately removed from our server and sent items.

I believe this is enough clarification for your concerns and hopefully we can continue working with each other.

My review - I had ordered 12 articles (of which 3 were 1500 words articles). The quality of the articles are good. The research work needs a little improvement, but it is fine with me. But I felt that they should work a little more faster (He took 10 days to finish my articles, excluding Sunday). The pre-order customer service was good, but he forgot me once I placed the order...lol. I had to contact him to know the status of my articles.

Given him 4/5 stars. Great guy to work with if you need quality articles at a bargain.
