Went for 500 PR1+ verified backlinks, to test it out, and just received my report. In short:

• Delivered on time, ie within 5 biz days
• Over delivered by 63%
• Spot testing shows that PR checks out with some even being PR3+
• Will order again
  

All in all I couldn't be happier with this test although it still remains to bee seen what the long term impact will be on rankings, of course realizing that I will never really know considering ongoing SEO efforts, the mood of Google, the weather and what have you.
