They should have backup even they deleted your data. By the way, never use hosting that does not provide backup service.

If you using wordpress as platform, zip whole site and download to your own computer after you've completed all settings. For content, you may use wordpress backup plugin to auto backup daily/weekly depends on your preference.

So as you can all see I kinda panicked while reading this lol and here`s what I did to make sure to be protected from being destroyed by some ********up from host side:

In my bluehost cpanel I got an option that creates a full backup of all files and MySQL databases to my ftp home directory so I let it create this.

After that downloaded it and copied the backup also to my external HDD.

Third copy was uploaded to free cloud storage at mysites.com (get the desktop client first&then upload).

I suggest that you all do the same from time to time because not backing up your shit is the mother of all epic ********ups
