Win32 Idea Stealer - Fake JVs! - BEWARE!

I know that scams outside of BST are not bannable, but I just want to give the BHW members a heads up.

So Win32 posted how he is a programmer and he will develop any idea for 30% commission or something. We agreed on terms and I started shooting piles of ideas, drawings and sketches and different marketing techniques, we had a lot ready to go.

He has been on MSN, he has been posting on the forum, I have been messaging him. No response. I seen him log in and out of MSN a few times today. He's straight up ignoring me.

So he has my ideas for my program and a lot of details about my goal with it, marketing ideas and such and now he is running off with it. Wasted several hours drawing, point form notes, thinking ideas out, explaining stuff to him.

Please beware of him, he is up to no good and will scam you, just like he did to me!

I've been busy as hell with school and I said I WOULD GET TO IT. You never messaged me back with any word on it so I just assumed you abandoned it and left it at that.

I know win32, that's not him...i actually work with him..and gave him a few ideas, and yes he does go to school, and to accuse someone of stealing your idea the person would have had to release the product, if he's released the product please show us a URL or sales thread with the same product, this is not taken up for WIN32 god knows i hope he's not running around stealing ideas, but i wish people stop accusing people of stealing there idea, it's getting annoying.

Well what about our jv that we were supposed to start. AT first you said you wanted to get started, then you kept goin on and off on AIM too. I clearly told you I wanted to start off yesterday. You could have atleast told me u were busy . Honestly you should atleast explain to your JV'ers whats going on . All that goin on and offline on your messenger does get ppl worry and pissy. Get back to me on AIM

I think you guys are jumping the gun a bit, until win32 has actually coded and released the projects you guys claim he has "stolen" you don't really have an argument. I've worked with win32 and he's pretty straight in my book.

I never said he scammed me on my ideas. I said that we had a deal on workin on a jv on SOMETHING he already did, I proposed to him a similar idea and he responded that he actually just finished programming something alike. So i told him i will jv with him, and i will start driving traffic as soon as he deliver his part of the deal. He said he wanted to start today(yesterday) and so i told him to give me a few hours to get everything ready. Well when i told him i was ready he just kept saying "yea", "kk" . This is a jv not playing games, i even said multiple times if he thought we could get this done as i have other people waitin on me too. And all he said was "yea", "kk". Thats not very profesional giving the fact that "yea" and "kk" never really happened like he said it. All am saying is that if he does have things to do he should atleast say am busy or i will be out for a few hours due to some personal matters i need to resolve

All am sayin is that he is not very good at communicating , and everyone has different experiences. I just dont like wasting time and waiting on people, that really gets me off . NEVER SAID HE SCAMMED ME OR TOOK MY IDEA, just saying he never replied back to me on the matter even though i waited on him the whole day.

Because, frankly, it's getting to be a little god damned ridiculous, especially when only about 25% of the claims in The Shit List were actual scams. tested him as well if he is just looking for stealing ideas.I offered him to code me a tool which i will prepay and explained him how everything works.Asked him how much he would charge for the tool

He was not false accused. He abandoned 3 of his JV partners and claims he has messaged me, when I cannot find a message anywhere.

If he is too busy for JVs, why did he post?
