If anyone on here is actually getting ads live on Gumtree I'd love to know how. It has literally become impossible to spam with the new security measures.

Go and read the Gumtree forums, the majority of legit users are complaining that they can't even post thier ads. Gumtrees new security measures have literally stopped Gumtree from performing it's primary function and in the process made spamming impossible from what I can see.

I've send 30 ads per IP in all gumtree cities and they all stayed live

IF you did manage to get one spam post live, the next day that proxy/IP will be banned along with the email address/domain used AND server IP (if using catchall).

Unfortunately, unless Gumtree feel the pressure to change back to something more relaxed because of the problems the legit users are having, then spamming on Gumtree is all but over.

Lol Gumtree will be dead soon as the new measure they've put in are very effective because they basically block any ad. It seems they've banned full ranges of IPs so sky broadband, 3G dongles etc can't post. If the emails or IPs link to a previously banned ad they get banned also. Seems Ebay can't be arsed properly moderating it so they just wanna stop everyone using it altogether. It coincides with their TV ads so I'm guessing they want people to join up without seeing all the scams and spam...

Dpalat the software has stopped working for me since yesterday, I have contacted support but have not heard anything back.

Have even installed the software on another computer, yet it still will not open.

I've subscribed to this software for a year now, no issues until yesterday. Please resolve this as i need to post ads asap

you can try:

reinstall poster (try to re-install whole software)
reinstall ms .net framework if you get some error

do you get some error message?

Reinstalled it on my computer, message appears "platform has stopped working", tried to install it on another computer same message appears, uninstalled firewall to see if that was the issue, but sill no joy

Kijiji is working fine when i load the trial version, only when i load the gumtree poster do i get issues with the error message listed above. reinstalled net framework but did not help???

Used to really enjoy using this software and made money with it for a while until responses became low. Thinking of getting back it it now with a few new projects to promote

Just wondering how this software is doing , please provide summary as theres too many posts here to read now.

Software works fine but unfortunately it's been made basically useless because Gumtree has totally overhauled their posting process meaning that basically nothing goes live which is spam.

Even trying to get 1 legit ad live on gumtree is a nightmare now.

yes you can post ads in this section, but you need to have UK - proxy,vpn. Check bhw - proxy section.
