First, let me say that I love this software and use it daily.

But this support change was a really bad idea in my opinion. Firstly, because there are tons of questions that are support-related but are relevant to lots of users, not just one. But now they're just completely ignored on the forum. This "operation timed out" issue is a perfect example. Why wait until people have a probelm, then make them jump through hoops to get support? Why on Earth would you not be out in front of something, letting people know there's an issue. This is exactly the kind of thing that frustrates users.

Has the question about TA working with the New Twitter been addressed? This is a pretty huge issue if it hasn't.

We started working on the #newtwitter since the day that they let users to try it. But of course we cannot release yet since its not yet fully implemented, there is a huge chance that they will still change a lot of things.

TA 2.1.0.0 is out, here are the changes

- Follow\Unfollow Module: Added way to follow from list of usernames in a text file
- Follow\Unfollow Module: Added way to import list of urls
- Follow\Unfollow Module: The task Follow was renamed to Follow from a specified URL
- Follow\Unfollow Module: Added button to select file where to follow
- Added option in Manage->Other options named Delay when moving between followers pages, you can increase this delay if you are receiving many time out errors
- Added more improvements to fix the time out issues
- Accounts Statistics: Added way to retry failed
- Wait and Reply: Added way to import keyword list

Actually, I think it's the BETTER idea to use ticket support instead of a "public forum" to address issues. He said MANY times that this thread isn't meant as a TA support forum. Easier to track issues better than going thru a zillion posts in a thread on a public forum.

The guy has been very patient and helpful all this time on this thread about his product. Support is very good, IMO.

You want support then why not use what he has setup for support. It's the way MOST successful people do business.

So now W&R will check for all keywords on the kw list? As it was before, W&R could only track one keyword per instance, correct? When I first bought a license for Pro TA, I checked the manual to see if multiple keywords could be entered separated by a comma, but did not see this option.

You could always use more then 1 kw

For example put:

Kw1 OR kw2 OR kw3

It will not check replies for all the keywords, the import is just a faster way to assign keywords to your accounts. If you want one account to search for multiple keywords, you can use the OR operator like @checkmate said.

Eg: keyword1 OR keyword 2

Thanks. Question re language setting in W&R. Am I overlooking a way to set one language for all accounts in one operation (and not account by account)? Using "select all" then selecting language doesn't seem to accomplish this. Since most affiliate marketers seem to target the US, having English as a default language option under preferences would help. Thx

if ANYONE reports your bitly link as spam/abuse
they throw up an interstitial page between the click and your landing page that has a big red stop sign and asks the user if they are sure what they just clicked on.
I lost out on a couple weeks affiliate comissions because bit.ly's reporting system is horrible. They don't inform you of spam. They don't even double check links.
If someone reports it, they take your link down.

i have a problem when confirming the accounts when their all forwarded to the same email using gmail. ive read the user manual and still cant get it working

any ideas?
