Yeah bro, I can put something together when I get time. Personally, I’d start with one creator, keep costs as low as possible, and focus on organic traffic from IG/TikTok before spending on ads or a bunch of tools. Learn content, conversion and retention first, then scale what actually works. Biggest issues are finding a reliable creator, getting traffic that actually converts, and managing cash flow. Also, don’t expect quick money, there’s a lot of testing and shit that won’t work at first

That’s a mistake. Two days can bring almost the same amount of money, but one might come from repeat buyers while the other depends heavily on fresh traffic. Those aren't equally stable
So I’m separating the numbers a bit more and looking at new buyers, returning buyers, and reactivations individually. Nothing complicated, just enough to see what's holding up and what's getting weaker
TikTok is still bringing decent reach, but conversion quality is inconsistent. Some content attracts people who are interested in the creator, others just get views and disappear. Trying to figure out what those posts have in common is probably more useful than just posting more

The existing base could keep things going for a while, but I wouldn’t rely on it forever lol. Retention is huge, but you still need fresh people coming in

One thing that keeps coming up is how easy it is to confuse a busy team with a productive team. Lots of messages, lots of follow-ups, plenty of activity. But if the same revenue could be generated with less wasted effort, then all that extra work isn't really helping
We're still cleaning up the workflow. Nothing revolutionary, just clearer priorities and fewer unnecessary tasks. It's not the exciting part of the business, but it matters when you're paying people and trying to keep margins healthy
Traffic is still a mixed bag. TikTok is getting a bigger share of attention, but reach alone doesn't tell me much anymore. I want to know which content brings people who actually stick around and spend
Reddit has cooled off compared to its best period. I'm not writing it off, but I'm also not going to force it just because it used to be the strongest channel. Platforms change, audiences change, and sometimes an old approach stops working as well

Something that stood out is how much our priorities have changed. Earlier, I was mostly thinking about getting more people into the funnel. Now I'm looking at what happens to those people after they arrive, and where we're losing them
We still have days with plenty of new subscribers but weaker spending afterward. That tells me acquisition alone isn't going to fix everything. The experience after subscribing matters too, and so does the content available at that moment
I'm also trying to get better at spotting when a strategy has simply run its course. Some content formats that worked really well a few months ago aren't doing much now. Doesn't mean they're useless forever, but copying the same thing over and over isn't a plan either
On the team side, things are getting a little smoother. There are still mistakes, but fewer situations where everything needs my attention. That's probably one of the most useful improvements we've made recently

Honestly, most of what I learned came from testing stuff and reading BHW threads, not one magic guide. For Reddit I focus on normal account activity, good content and following each sub's rules. I don't chase some perfect ban rate or rely on proxies to fix everything. Same with IG and TikTok, a phone is totally fine to start with imo. I'd keep the setup simple, a few solid accounts per platform, consistent content and check which posts actually bring clicks. For geo, make the content relevant to the audience you're targeting and track the results instead of expecting some setting to force recommendations. If views are fine but OF clicks are low, I'd check the profile, CTA and link path first. More accounts won't fix a weak funnel. I don't have a reliable average fans-per-day or ban-rate number to give you, it changes a lot by model and traffic quality. For learning, BHW's journey threads are a good start, then test one change at a time and keep your own SOPs based on real results

Tbh I’d just keep it simple bro. I’d use a normal link or link hub and track each account separately so you can see what’s actually bringing clicks. Never really saw the point in messing with cloaking, just adds more shit to manage lol

Today's income amounted to $4,326. This has been the case for many days in a row now. Some days are better than others, but nothing too extraordinary.
I looked over traffic statistics today. The figures are scattered among looking accounts and I am not always able to tell from where the clicks come from. I need to figure this out, since otherwise I will be just guessing (err).
Another thing I noticed is that we have been repeating ideas too much. It is alright to keep posting, but changing one post and calling it a new idea does not help much. I will try some variations this week and see how they go.

Most daily matters are now taken care of by the team. I still get involved in some teeny tiny decisions; after all, many of these matters could have been handled by someone else. It must be an old habit.

Overall, it was quite a standard day; revenue grew compared to the previous day, but it was nothing too extraordinary. I don't rely on revenues beating previous ones any longer.

One aspect I have been closely observing is the amount of time being spent on chats that lead to no results. The number of conversations may look high, but high number of conversations does not necessarily imply that production is high. I am still attempting to find the correct balance.

TikTok is now bringing decent amounts of traffic, while Reddit has veered back into silence, which is why I do not rely too much on the latter's potential rebound. Instagram is still working for us, though some publications perform remarkably well without any reasons whatsoever.

Nothing special today. I would prefer to keep everything running for a while and only then compare the new conditions.

It's lower than yesterday, but there is no need to worry about it. We experienced the same pattern recently, with fluctuations in revenue which have occurred periodically.

I checked the publications list with my team. There are quite a number of posts made, but I am not that sure that making more posts can help us right now. I would prefer to find and test a couple of formats which can work and keep on working with those rather than resorting to the bulk of posting as it happens, but I realize how unattainable this is.

Most of the talking today was done by my team. I checked some operator calls and saw that some follow-ups were made officially rather than being stimulated by conversation. We have to sort it out among ourselves because there is no sense in making follow-ups just to make it official.

I still have some issues with analysis, though they are minor, it's annoying when you want to compare different accounts and half of the data can be misleading.

The situation is stable. There are no major developments today, it helps us to move on without making too many changes when our revenues fluctuate like that.

Certainly, haha! Pricing for subscriptions is determined by the creator, however, the majority of earnings are from pay-per-view (PPV) and tips, and not from subscriptions. The $4000/day figure is gross revenue, not what I actually take home, because there are also model splits, chat, content, and other expenses. My team is made of no more than a few select models, since I take referrals and people I meet online for my employees, but you should be careful when choosing people. My main source of traffic is TikTok and Instagram, and then straight to a creators page or to linkhub according to particular arrangements.
