Sudden drop in google pls help

Hi,
I collected my competitors backlinks url and I build 150 back links over night..with in 12 hr my site lost it posistion from the first page to 6th page. my website is 4 yrs old I had 5000 backlinks already all niche back links.

How can I get back the position and how long it would take. I stoped building back links now. please advice.
