I like using Capcut because it has a free version and is easy to use. The quality is also very good.

CapCut or Descript has been my tool of choice when I need to clip, resize, add captions and reframe videos. However, it does not really matter which one you choose, because the key is to make sure that every cut feels native to the platform rather than being resized.

I’ve been looking for a good tool for this too. CapCut works well for basic repurposing, but I’d also be interested to hear what others recommend.

What type of changes do you make in capcut to make video unique to Youtube`s algorhytm ?

I've been using CapCut for this. It's pretty easy for cropping, resizing, captions and making a few versions.

Repurposing shorts is no longer worth it, most tools will not be able to do a great job, and YT is very careful about that

Using CapCut Pro, CapCut automatically creates subtitles and cuts and edits extremely quickly for Shorts.

From my point of view, changing the opening part helps a lot. Even small changes at the start can make the same video feel fresh.

CapCut is probably the easiest one I've tried. Pretty quick for making multiple shorts from one video.

CapCut is probably the easiest for this. OpusClip is also good if you want it to auto-cut longer videos into Shorts.

Absolutely, CapCut is a very effective tool for transforming long-form content into short formats.
With auto-generated captions and fast cuts, it allows to save much time when checking several hooks.

Absolutely 100% agree. The first few seconds determine if people continue to watch, so varying the opening may cause the same content to be highly effective.

Create some extra scenes with AI

Take some frames and animate them with vibes and use them in the edition

Don't use the 5 seconds generation, use only one o two seconds

And mark the video as AI

If you do that YT copyright detector is going to be mad and not able to recognize the video as reused content

I'd give CapCut a shot. Pretty quick for taking an existing video and making a few different Shorts from it.
