Please DONT Green Dot is a very bad idea for paypal, they block payments and hold funds. Trust me when i say stay away from greendot?s

oko - so I was going to get a trusted family member to setup a paypal account for me -- tyhey will never use it -
- all I need is the email and will get teh funds from there account through them -
can ANYONE see any issues with this / holes etc ?

I'm new here and I would buy the cards but I'm kinda confused of how it works. Is there a card you buy from a store and later activate with all the info or is it you go to the site and fill up the info and they send it to the address? I looked on there site and it just says where you can refill up from and the only way I've seen of acquiring the cards is thru the actual site. Also suppose I get it for so and so member wouldnt they have to give me the ssn number or could I just input random numbers?

If you use an nFinance card to verify the account you can withdraw to the card

What about a paypal debit card to directly access the money from your paypal account without transfering it at all? Here in Australia you have to provide ID when you buy a prepaid debit card but that rly is not too much of a problem. You see them thrown out quite a lot because ppl have used up their money on them so you could just grab it and add money onto it again if you rly are desperate (or just fake a student id which isn't too hard either)

Edit: Sry didn't see your respond to my question when I wrote this. All companies require a W8 tax form yes, but if you are not a US citizen that doesn't matter for taxation purposes as far as I understand the whole matter. My residency is in Germany (even though I live in australia) and its not a smart idea to do tax fraud there either I just woudnered.

Im in Australia, You don't need ID for Direct Debit Card's you can get some online, I usually walk 2mins to Petrol station round the corner & theve got debit card's $10 $20 $50 $200
& they do accept incoming money into them
Iv'e got Dozens of debit card's

Also post office's Sell them, NO ID required
& ppl sell the Used Direct Debit Cards on Ebay with like $1 or nothing on them but usable

Open pp acct in some country in South America, most countries here have good credit rating (better than ex-communist countries in europe) and pp opens accts w/o so many hassles like in US or West Europe!

Good thing if you live here, we do not need proxy or VPN, just go to an Internet-cafe, totally anonymous (no ID, no cam!) and do all you want to do!
