This type of issue happens alot on Meta i.e Facebook and Instagram, whenever they see a new page or a page that doesn't get many views but eventually a video content posted on the page goes viral and generated many traffic and views, they will suspend or ban the acc. Try an old page with over 1k followers they won’t touch it. (I got few parked as I do Ecom ds)

and if the niche violates meta’s guideline nd the information provided for the profile is fabricated, then the reason for blocking should not be the popularity of the video. In fact, there is alway way to take your chances with an appeal to the company.

It is gud to hear from you that you have successfully retrieved the information. the meta ban can be quite unpredictable at time more so when there is an increase in traffic hence, it is always prudent to have a backup.

Personally idk how that happened, they had asked me for video selfie, I did many times but everytime they say we failed to verify. After that I found email says I successfully recovered my account
