How to corrupt a video (like the one in the example)

Hi,
I’ve noticed a little Instagram hack lately that involves intentionally corrupting a video. Here is a perfect example below (the entire account posts nothing but this):

When I download one of the Reels to my computer, the same thing happens: the file glitches like crazy. I’d like to find a way to actually corrupt a video (and not just freeze a single frame; in the example, you can clearly see that the video doesn't restart and actually crashes).

Do you have any leads on how to achieve this?

why did you left IG ? it's a volontary glitche
The first time I saw this was on a car-related account, and it wasn't intentional (it was just in a video); however, very recently I've noticed that accounts like the one in the example above are having fun replicating it.
