Hi! Two technical questions about Screen State and Run Agent before I order.

1) Is Screen State built by a vision model / OCR over the NMX Viewer JPEG frames,
or do you pull a structured UI hierarchy off the device? Wondering how it holds up
on icon-only buttons and custom-drawn feeds like TikTok/IG.

2) For Run Agent — is it a multimodal LLM loop (screenshot -> plan -> act ->
verify) on your servers, and what's the rough per-step latency and cost? Planning
for 20+ phones, so throughput matters more than anything else.

Hi!

It is built by OCR over raw frames. This way we don't depend on UI hierarchy which is often missing (e.g. if some multiplatform framework was used to build an app, like Flutter or similar, which are getting popular).

verify) on your servers, and what's the rough per-step latency and cost?

Yes exactly. This depends a lot on implementation. You can tell us what kind of automation you're interested in, we will build an example for free, and give it for you to test on one of the iPhones in our office. You will see the real costs. Besides, you may not use our server at all, and connect any third-party LLM (like Claude, or OpenAI).
