If a SAAS sales 10000$ in 4 months, how much the valuation of the tool?

2500x12=30.000
2500x24=60.000
2500x36=90.000

any of those could be used, it will depends on your patience to sell it
$30k would be the minimum

this is just speculation, maybe this SAAS is really unique and has some real value with a long term project, then it could be more expensive

Yeah, already get a 50k offer, i think it value way more.

It really depends on MRR profit churn, and growth, but with only $10k total sales, I value it based more on the recurring revenue rather than sales figure itself

The valuation depends on MRR, long-term potential, and scaling opportunities. The brand value is also an important factor that could increase the valuation easily by 2x-3x as it's a marketing tool. If the revenue is just from one-time sales, then the buyers will focus more on your marketing strategy as you're successful in bringing new customers. If these are subscriptions, then the buyers will focus on user retention.

You can pitch it for 60k to 120k by projecting the future sales, growth opportunities, brand value, etc. The more details you add, the more convincing it becomes.

$50k sounds like a fair offer, but valuation should be based more on current recurring revenue, growth, and profit than total sales. I would probably hold out for more.

Regular people doing signup. That is the sign of growing, once a user use it, they are buying the ltd deal. That mean revenue with profit. I can tell only 1% people leave it, because they don't need it.

4 months are too short to determine the value. Anyone who purchases it will look at sustained revenue for at least over 12 months. Anything shorter than that can hit your valuation. I'd suggest you to hold on to it if you believe you can scale it further.
If you're already getting a good offer, go for it if you believe you can build something better after selling this off.

If the tool is really worth it and very less buyers are leaving after buying, do not be in hurry. Grow the userbase and have data for 1-2 years. You can then flip for very good price. If you try to sell now, the buyers will think why is he selling in just 4 months.

1% is really low, that is a strong signal. i would hold out for more than $50k. :)
