YouTube Channel Terminated

Sometimes I don't understand youube penalty policies either. But it's okay, if you have any recommendations, I support you.

They retroactively punish based on the number of infractions, and only AFTER the infractions prove valid (usually up to a week later) do they acknowledge and add them all at once. Even in that, their system is unfair.
That's why I was banned.

If they counted the infraction after the first action, it's obvious that I would know I was doing something wrong and would stop doing it. And it was because of an error in THEIR algorithm that showed me something wrong that I was punished.

Of course, they will never admit this and will place all the responsibility on me.

I think the old ban is the main problem. If YouTube banned you for good, a new channel may also get removed. I would try to appeal the old ban again instead of making another account.

That is a rough situation, especially after putting real effort into original documentary content If the old termination is still active, creating another channel may continue to trigger enforcement.
The appeal route seems like the best option rather than trying to work around the termination.
Yeah you all suggest this but I appealed couple times and its either rejected or youtube keeps on reminding me that I have sent appeal already.
