The problem is how do you restore an account's reputation when it's already ruined?

if youtube has linked the new channel to a previously terminated account the best option is to resolve the original termination through the appeal process rather than creating new accounts
focus on understanding the policy issue and getting the account status cleared before investing more time into a new channel.

Youtube rejected every appeal I made and this second chance program might be available in 1 year and even then most probably youtube won't do anything about the termination. So I cant just wait.

Dude, I had my account deleted for something similar; in my case, it was an error in their algorithm.

Basically, I was making gameplay videos, and their algorithm flagged them in my dashboard as mine (100% match). I filed my usual strikes (since my content was constantly being stolen even though I left a warning in each video description that I didn't authorize its reproduction).

The thing is, the videos were NOT mine; they were almost identical, which confused even their algorithm. Because of this, I was accused of predatory behavior. I explained it to them, but as always, they didn't want to back down, nor did they bother to look into my case; they simply banned me.

When you're banned from YouTube, they track your IP, MAC address, your video card, everything. And when you try to post videos, they ban you again. The worst part is that AdSense gets blocked.

I honestly gave up, I didn't want to know anything more about it, but in your case, them banning you because of 2 fish is something that surpasses all limits of absurdity.

Any accounts linked to your old one may also be affected. It's best to use completely new information when creating a new account, and consider using a different internet connection or a VPS to manage it separately.

Change your internet serivce provider, Change your mobile No, and make sure to clear your cache and cookies to create new account.

OR simply get a new mobile with new number only for uploading the new videos using the Mobile internet.

You need a brand new digital identity. Grab an anti detect browser for a clean fingerprint, a solid residential proxy (no datacenter IPs, those get flagged fast), and a fresh phone number. Don't reuse anything from the old setup.

I advise you, if you want absolute security, to completely erase all traces: change your Wi-Fi router to change the IP address, use a new computer, and create a separate company to manage the channel instead of using your personal identity.

Yes but how? I tried appealing many times. Youtube rejects everything. Its Ai answering to all appeals and also any other form of contacting them faces me with the same Ai message.
