Need help moving from personal accounts to LLC/LTD + payment gateways IPTV

Hey everyone,

I've been running an IPTV business for the past 6 years. Started with stealth PayPal accounts, then moved to personal bank accounts under nominees. The problem is these personal accounts keep getting banned or funds held for months before release.

I want to make the jump to a proper setup - opening an LTD or LLC under a nominee and handling payments through proper gateways like Stripe or similar. I've read about cloaking, plugins, and other stuff but honestly it's all Greek to me.

Is there anyone who can break this down for me like I'm 5? Looking for a basic guide on:

• Setting up the company structure
• Which payment gateways work best for this
• What cloaking/plugins I actually need
• How to keep everything running smooth

Would really appreciate any help from someone who's been through this.

Just setup your proper LLC or LTD and learn how to use payment gateways in the compliant way.

My business is not legal.

Registering the company in a nominee's name is mandatory; I don't want to face legal consequences. In any case, I have plenty of people, not in my immediate circle, who would act as nominees for a few hundred euros a month.

For the cashout i have many people that's exchange me crypto or cash for SEPA Bank Transfer.

I just need to figure out how to set up a LLC and Stipe account or some other payment processor in a strategic way to not get banned.

Since you are looking for free information, trust me, all the free information you will ever need is on YouTube. (Search well and 2-3 quality videos will do).

And just to summarize, for the payment gateway that work best, you have already said it by yourself which is Stripe. How to keep everything running smooth is to follow stripe policies and complaints products/services.

PS: It is not compulsory for you to go for paid info if you have the time and effort to search well for the free info on YouTube until you get it right.

I was wondering if someone can share a blackhat tutorial, i don't think Youtube has in depth guide in how avoid getting banned on Stripe, setting up a fake website and so on.
