Idiot buyers on eBay

Selling on eBay is becoming more difficult because there are so many moron buyers there.

I listed an item saying clearly it will be shipped from China which will take up to 14 days. I have also sent him the tracking number. Now this jerk sends a mail he will wait until monday then if the item did not arrive he will contact paypal for refund.

So he already has been informed that the item is on its way so wtf is a reason to contact paypal?

If somebody cannot read he should just stay away from ebay.

It ia clearly stated in the auction that time of delivery will be up to 14 days, and now only 7 days are over. If someone does not agree with the terms stated in an auction or he just cannot read, then he should stay away from ebay. If he does not, he will get into depp trouble if he thinks he can shit me ....

you file a complaint with PP first, provide them shipping details, ebay auction details and e-mail conversations (make sure its his same PP address) and you should be fine

I have sent an email to him informing him that he already has received tracking number and he knows that item is on its way so why he is complaining.
I think he now checked his own fault because he did not reply.

Shall I wait if he really wants to get refunded and then send details to PP? Because if I send them now and he does not want the refund, I think this will end up in negative feedback for me ....

Yes if he tries to file a complaint with PP I will immediately send them auction details together with tracking number so they can see he either cannot read or is a scammer.
I am really sick of such dumb morons and I am definitely not willing to discuss with him or pay final value fee for nothing

I have a little experience with this situation and the best thing to do is to stay neutral in your communications. It will only reflect badly on you if you don't. Just send the evidence to Gaypal and they usually deal with such cases on a case by case basis. IMHO I think you have a good case as you clearly stated your conditions of sale in the beginning. I'm afraid I agree with the others, that selling is risky like big tits on a fat girl.... it usually comes with the territory.

This is already the second case with idiots. The first did not manage it to send a simple paypal payment, he send it by echeck or whatever and it was two times automatically cancelled by PP. He also did never reply to any mail from me. So I also had to contact ebay in order to get back my fees.
And now this guy is even more worse and tries to scam me ....

Tip to the OP, always always ship from your own address first. If its coming from china, get it in your hands first or set up a little bit of inventory at home.

Here is why, its 14 days from china, and probably only 2 days from your place to your buyer. If they ever pull a stunt like that where they try to get a refund and your item at least you know you have possession of the item first.

yes but i prefer dropshipping, because otherwise I will have to invest money, have the risk that items do not sell and lose my money. also if I order 5, 10 or more items I will have to pay customs duty and so I would have to increase my selling price .....

First you need to calm down. This buyer is clearly one of those stupid buyers that do not ready anything in the listing or when you send them an email. The good thing is that you have tracking and you sent it to him. If he starts a dispute for an item not received then just give paypal/ebay the tracking number and you should be good to go. It's better if you provide the tracking when you know the package got delivered.

If the buyer starts a dispute saying the item is not as described then just tell him to send the package back. He probably won't because he won't want to pay for expencive shipping with tracking. I think the worst thing that will happen is you get negative feedback. Just try to be as nice as possible
