As if the internet needs more adult tube site... yet here I am!

I tried to dabble in the porn nice adult site sector a few years back and even bought a wp-script license for the retro tube theme. I got bored pretty fast tho and never really powered through the first steps.

Now in 2026 with AI allowing me to automate lots of stuff, I decided to give it another go. I have a software engineering background with many years of experience and AI just obviously 100x my productivity. My focus is to automate as much as I can and so far it's been a fun technical journey.

What I've done so far:
- Found one specific niche to focus on
- Built an automation pipeline for video sourcing and SEO metadata generation
- Bought domain name on Njalla
- Bought dedicated server on Alexhost (videos and website hosted there)
- Using bunny.net for CDN
- Vibe coded the website by reverse engineering the wp-script to get inspiration
- Approved about ~250 videos so far to the live website
- Setup monetization with Exoclick for now (popunder, banners, in-stream VAST)

I just deployed the whole thing live today and setup google search console and analytics. Let's see how indexation goes.

I am learning as I go here and hoping to eventually be able to generate a bit of revenu from this journey. All the videos have to be manually approved before they get posted, so I'm going for quality over quantity.

Here's a short update.

It's been only 4 days site the site is live, so the numbers are quite... unimpressive to say the least. But it's a start! Google is still indexing my pages and I am trying my best to provide the best SEO for it to index everything (proper sitemaps.xml and such). I've been reading that it can take up to a few weeks for the organic indexing to happen. Despite this, my analytics does show that most of my traffic is coming from Google.

I've also added a few more sources (big tube sites) to the automation pipeline. I got about ~25 videos a day to review for live deployment in the last 3 days. Again, I'm thinking a bit more "quality over quantity".

This is a learning process for me. If I can make even 10 bucks this month I'll be happy!

Hopefully once the indexing is good, the organic visits will grow significantly.

Hey! Thanks for asking. I deployed a second site in the meantime targeting a different niche. I keep uploading videos to both sites on a daily basis. About ~15 new videos for each.

The numbers are quite low at the moment... very few daily visits. I am seeing Google Search Console slowly indexing pages and videos on both pages. Been reading a lot on this forum and other places that it's a patience game... keep uploading videos and wait (hope) for google to do its thing. My technical seo is solid and data generated is unique.

I made a wooping 45 cents so far lol.

I'll definitely post more updates when numbers start to pick up.

And yes I do use AI to generate the seo stuff. I have a subscription with Featherless AI where they host abliterated models; so I have no constrait when it comes to nsfw content. I basically extract frames from each videos and load those images to the LLM for seo generation.

Every video has a unique title, url slug, VideoObject JSON-LD, short description, long description, tags and so on...

I'm still learning quite a bit as I go. Not sure if what I am doing is top of the line seo for now.

I host the videos on an offshore server (alexhost). I didn't get any DMCA claims so far. If they start to come in, it'd mean that I get a high number of visits... so maybe it would be a good problem to have

On adult sites, seeing big $$$ isn't fast. It can take 6 months or even a year. Some niches grow faster, some grow slower, and some domains, for whatever reason, just don't grow. I've started multiple sites in the same niche before, and one grew while the other didn't. Sometimes it feels like gambling with adult websites, you never know which ones will take off. That's why I recommend starting as many websites as you can and seeing which ones actually grow.

There are ways to speed things up, like buying backlinks if you have the money $$$$ to invest. But even then, there's no guarantee. You still risk losing both your money and your time if the site doesn't grow.

I see you're using WP Script. I have a friend who started a few websites with that script, and none of his five sites grew. So I've had a pretty bad impression of it. I've had much better success building my own CMS exactly the way I want it. You can even do that with Claude AI.

I do have the luxury of time and money available to support the infra for months to come. Maybe you are right, I should start a few more websites. I vibe coded my own CMS and automation pipeline for the video sourcing as well as the website. Addind a new niche is simply a matter of adding a few lines to some config files.

I should probably spend more time researching specific niches and their related keywords using Semrush.

I don't understand why you're putting ads on such a new site. You're not going to make any meaningful money from them anyway. Keep the site clean and ad-free at first. Add ads only after you start getting decent traffic. It can also help the site rank faster.

I've been on this journey for a very long time. My first adult website was many years ago, but after my last network got wiped from Google and I lost over 1 million visitors per day, I took a long break.

Now I'm back and still learning. This time I was lucky to meet some people making serious $$$$$$ every month, and I've learned a lot of new tricks from them (and I realise even if I'm in this adult niche for a long time, I still have to learn a lot). It's also much easier to make money in the adult industry now than it was before, of course, if you're in the right niche. Many niches still have very low CPMs.

My CMS v1 managed to reach over 45,000 visitors per day, but my domains were suspended for 11 days, and I lost a huge amount of traffic. Never buy it.com domains. Right now I'm back to around 15,000+ visitors per day. It isn't much yet, but I've learned a lot through testing, and now I'm building my CMS v2, which is almost finished and designed for mass website deployment. I'm planning to release a huge automated army of websites.

I'm definitely not planning to quit the adult niche. There's still a lot of money to be made these days through ads, revshares, and other monetization methods.

Very insping and impressive numbers! So many ups and downs in this field... it's crazy. Seems like you always have to adapt and fix some problems... but this is part of the fun And if the money is coming in, then you have a good justification for the grind.

Seems to be all about having a good niche. I'm hoping that I can push mine to the kind of numbers you are having at the moment

You're right, I should explore some more marketing strategies such as backlinks. What bugs me still is how Google takes its sweet time to index my websites. My technical seo is following best practices... and yet only a few pages indexed after 1 month. Gotta be more patient

The niche is everything. It determines how much money you can make and whether your website will grow fast or slowly.

If you choose a niche with low competition, you have a much better chance of seeing growth within 2–3 months. If you go after highly competitive niches, it can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months before you see good results.

Some niches also pay very low CPM rates, while others can make you a lot more money. That's why choosing the right niche is so important.

The good thing on these days you can use AI to research and find profitable niches. You can also browse Reddit to discover weird or overlooked niches that already have active communities interested in them.

My suggestion is to build as many websites as you can instead of focusing on just one or two. That way, you can quickly see which niches are growing and making money, then invest more time into the winners.

That's true, but not entirely. I see a lot of mistakes people make with adult websites, and many of them are using the same outdated and broken scripts. If you really want to grow in the adult niche, it's much better to build your own CMS.

For example, with my old CMS v1, I created 15 websites, but only 2 of them actually grew. The success rate was low (I'm talking about reaching over 10.000+ per day), but I learned from my mistakes. I fixed many of those issues in my new CMS v2, and I'm still improving it.

The biggest mistake most people make, including me in the past, is focusing on just one or two websites and trying to make them as big as possible. I don't think that's the best approach because once a website becomes big, it attracts more competition and gets more attention from Google.

My strategy now is to build many smaller websites that can stay under the radar. I focus on creating websites that can make around $3–$5 per day, and I'm happy with that. Build 100 websites like that, and you've created a solid income stream and big traffic ... is more easy and safer to grow many small websites than 1 what can get wiped overnight. On top of that, each site can provide free backlinks to help grow your future websites.
