Has anyone noticed any difference in campaign delivery after changing the ad account timezone? I recently changed the timezone on an active campaign and the spend pattern looked different afterward. Not sure if it was related or just a coincidence.

Curious if anyone has tested this or tracked the impact properly.

Time zone differences can make an impact on the reporting window rather than on the delivery itself, in particular, if the campaign uses hourly data for its execution with automatic rules applied. The best way to measure the effectiveness would be to look at several days before and after the change of spending.

honestly i changed the timezone once and i didn't notice any major difference and also i think other things like audience or competition usually have a bigger impact on this.

Ngl changin the timezone on an active acct is basically never "just a coincidence" — it resets how the platform calculates yer daily budget reset window n dayparting schedule, so ur spend pattern shiftin after that isn't some mystery, it's a direct mechanical side effect, n honestly most ppl don't realize timezone changes can also trigger a mini learning phase reset too

Different time zones can sometimes affect the collection of advertising data. try to adjust the time zone settings properly before launching the ads.

This makes it easier to adjust campaign timing in the target country. There might be a brief period where you feel the campaign is effective after a time zone change, but more data is needed to determine if this is genuine activity or just normal fluctuation.

yes the timezone changes can affect spend timing and reporting and i usually avoid changing it on active campaigns and set the correct timezone before starting.

definitely not a coincidence man. changing the timezone messes with the daily budget reset time and throws off the algorithm
