Thanks so much for your initial feedback.

Only very recently we moved to this online tool, from our earlier self hosted activecollab system.

We felt ActiveCollab is a bit heavy for clients, especially when used for short duration services.So all your feedback on this would be really helpful.

So,

My order hasn't been delivered yet, however I have received some of the deliverables. So far the service is EXTREMLY professional and far surpasses anything I have experienced from a BHW provider previously. If Tom and his team continue as they have I see no reason why I would not be implementing their service across our entire SEO client base (just over 500).

I am interested in your service. Could you explain more about the videos? Is it related to the article somehow? Is it a slide show?

Also, could I send some specific info about my topic so that the article is in line of the website being promoted? Or I could just send you an article to spin? PM me if necessary =)

We create the videos using Animoto premium service. These videos are really nice, sleek slideshows with some nice background scores.

Sure, you can send us these details and our writers will include the details when they prepare the content. If you can provide content, we can use it as well. But they need to be in UAW format. We will convert them to spun format later.

placed order 10 days ago. according to their website project task status system... only see a few out of 11 tasks that have been completed. most remaining tasks are behind schedule according to their own system.

i can only confirm articles written and re-written, which look pretty good- but nothing else, so far.

waiting patiently for progress, explanation for delay, or completion.

I just got my submission reports. I can say I am a very satisfied customer. Very VERY professional and communication is great. Cant wait to see the results from the continuing natural submissions. The article, btw, is very good. Good work!

I've received my report within the promised time frame of 10 days.
I checked a bunch of posts, profiles etc, and they do look pretty good.
They create a custom video for you, which is unique- and they include it in some of the web property posts along with an image, which was unexpected and nice. Video quality was ok, very adequate for its purpose- article quality was very good.

I haven't really had time to check PR of profiles, but they are there.

There are some broken links here and there due to submissions not being accepted or whatever (code), but very minimal... and shouldn't really affect any linkwheel effect, since there are usually multiple links to different sites.

All in all, a very good value. I'll have to report in a few weeks of any serps effect.
