Half my old Gmail accounts are suspended - best practices for longevity?

Hello, this is my problem: I have around 200+ Gmail accounts in an Excel sheet. When I created (on 2021-04-01) the Gmail account, I stored the password recovery email, name, and date of birth. But now I try to log in to my Gmail account, and my 50% Gmail account was deleted. Suppose anyone knows how to store gmail os that it can stay for a long time. Now I am logged into 100 Gmail accounts using my Chrome 10 profile on one PC.​

How do you store/manage your Gmail accounts so they don't die? Need advice.​

In my experience, the biggest factor is whether the accounts are actually being used like normal Google accounts. If they sit idle for long periods, there's a higher chance you'll run into issues. I also make sure recovery information stays up to date and periodically sign in to check that everything is still accessible. Out of curiosity, when you say the accounts were "deleted," are you seeing a message that they no longer exist, or are they being locked for verification?

Appreciate the response. Indeed, I believe that the inactive factor may be what’s causing them trouble. I will now use them regularly and keep the recovery details up-to-date.
As for the deleted ones, they show me an error message stating that the account no longer exists. Nothing like the verification lock, though.
Anything else anyone can suggest to me?

It's Google new policy, how you didn't know about it? When a Gmail account is not active for 2 years it get deleted automatically

If they're legitimate accounts, the best way to keep them active is to use them normally from time to time, keep the recovery information up to date, enable 2FA where appropriate, and avoid creating or managing large numbers of accounts in ways that violate Google's policies. Inactive or policy violating accounts are much more likely to be disabled or removed over time.

Accounts aged 2 years and above, are getting deleted automatically from the system.
