My experience with Geonix has been extremely disappointing.


I purchased UK proxies but received a non-working proxy. I contacted support and asked for a replacement. The replacement proxy was detected as being located in Bulgaria instead of the UK. After about 20 minutes, they replaced it again, but this time the proxy was detected as being in the UAE.


When I contacted support for the third time, they refused to replace it and told me to renew the proxy first, after which they would consider a replacement.


Is this really acceptable service? I spent over an hour trying to get a working UK proxy and, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to pay more money.


The company constantly refers customers to IP2Location to verify proxy geolocation, even when other services show different results. In my experience, this makes it difficult to resolve geolocation-related issues.


Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. Be very careful before purchasing proxies from this company.


Also, Geonix appears to be related to the former Proxy-Sale brand, which had similar issues according to many customer reviews.
