This error usually occurs because you don't have the required license or your Google Workspace account doesn't have permission to access the YouTube app.

I had the same issue once. I waited for 24 hours and the issue is resolved. If it still does not work after that, it is something the workspace admin need to check.

Well, I'm surprised, because as proxygo said this is a very old YT image. I used to see this error back in 2014-2016

This error usually appears because your account doesn't have the required license or your Google Workspace administrator hasn't granted access to the YouTube app.
