you need to save your IP before usage, you get error 404 when the proxy server doesnt recognize your IP.

okay, some servers had errors last week, sorry.

the problems usually solved in a few hours or max a day, if it takes longer we used to give some extra for the waiting.

try to log into your account, and check the proxy list, if its empty, the proxies are not set up yet, but if its already passed 3-4 hours, the proxies will be there.

Changed it to an other one, sorry about the problems. I think it was another than last time.

We have a few servers that arent functioning properly, so the best is to send a mail and a pm to me here at the same time if anyone has issues.

Bought 10 proxies, activation was fast...arnd 2 hours but has 404 proxies and I PMed jaerahan and he fix it less than 30 minutes. Top notch service. I'm posting comments on SB and the proxies are lighting fast. Good Job!

Thanks zman42. Its a temporary problem but i cant fix it myself, cause im not a programmer and Alex is MIA for 3 weeks now. 1-2 server has some issues so i have to constantly replace proxies for ~100 people daily.. for the new orders + the people that use the randomproxy button.

I am subscribed and I have been for a while.
you autobilled my paypal for 10 proxies and I still have no proxies.
On top of that,, I issued a refund and never got it.

I have a paypal dispute open.
I want my subscription canceled and my money back for this month.

I have been using yourprivateproxy for a few months. The proxies were fast at first but now they are much slower and my scrapebox commenting is slower with lower success rate. I'm thinking off stopping my subscription. Has anyone else experienced this also?

Also, support is poor. I email support and never get an answer.

Sorry about the issues, we experienceing some problems with a few servers lately, it should be fixed in a short period of time. Im currently in the system trying to fix the issues, so just write me a mail please and i will replace your proxies.

I sent an email to support. I appreciate your response and will be really happy when the proxies are replaced and everything is back to super fast.
