WhatsApp mass DM campaign, has anyone tried it?

I recently tried to set up WA mass DM campaign for my product, but faced an issue with finding a website that can provide quality virtual numbers for WA. In my understanding, you need mobile device to register your numbers, and I'm not sure how to do it at scale, as I need to run many accounts at once. I know there are plenty of websites that help automize this stuff, like running many accounts, rotation for safety, and stuff like that, but could figure out the registering account part unfortunately, tried buying WA accounts themselves - could find anything. Tried virtual number website specifically for WA, spent like 8 bucks, bought 5 phone number and none of them them worked, either number was blocked by WA already, or activation code just didn't come.

So I have a question, did anyone actually managed to make this work, and if yes, how difficult was it in your opinion?

I'm not worried about losing couple of accounts in the process of this campaign, I just need to make sure that most messages will be delivered.

mass dm service can be process on WhatsApp with API login of profiles to send messages on other contact using many profile accounts without getting suspend, many profiles messages causes shadow ban on WhatsApp profiles which can be retrieve in next 24 hour after filling for retrieve.

What is the percentage of accounts that get suspended on average?

How have you setup the accounts, were you using proxy, app clones etc?

Mass dm for whatsapp is a problem, because you either rent or buy an account with a higher sending capacity (that's usally expensive and you need to follow templates from meta and wait to get approved) or you could setup an typebot or n8n with evolution api (or some other), and face the constant behavioral ban issue. The best i could do in my experience was setting up a server with evolution api with some delays and other twerks (to prolong as much as possible the inevitable ban), and a huge number of whatsapp numbers ready. But usually it's worth only if you have a huge roas that allow you to invest in the structure

Honestly, that’s the hardest part of scaling WhatsApp. Most virtual numbers are heavily abused, so they’re often flagged or don’t receive verification codes reliably.
From what I’ve seen, the issue isn’t finding automation tools, it’s keeping accounts alive. WhatsApp is very aggressive about detecting bulk messaging, so even if you get accounts registered, long-term stability is usually the bigger challenge than account creation itself.
