Are Google $75 Adwords Coupons Usable or Worth Anything?

I have a few of the $75 free trial coupons sitting around and I get new ones with every few business periodicals that I get every month, but I already have adwords, so I can't be a "new client".
Are they good for anything? Could I sell them or is there a way to be sneaky and use them even though I already have adwords?

Yea just make another account and load it on there, I believe you have to also fund $5 but spend $5 and get $80 of credit is a good deal.

I need a new credit card right? I can do that with prepaids, but won't they catch on to me having the same name on so many accounts?

Dude! I checked eBay and I couldn't find any so I didn't know if they were even aloud on there. Did I type something incorrectly to come up with no results?

What is the proper search for those and how much can I sell them for?

I seriously could make a few quick bucks because I fibbed a bit on how many I have. It's a lot more than a little.
