Anyone Else Finding Telegram Ads Harder to Scale Than Before?

I have been running Telegram ads for a while, and one thing I have noticed recently is that finding a profitable campaign is not the hard part anymore, scaling it is.

A campaign might perform well at a smaller budget, but as soon as I start increasing spend, subscriber costs rise and overall performance starts to decline. Sometimes it feels like there is a ceiling that campaigns hit regardless of how well they are doing initially.

I just want to know, if others are seeing the same thing or is there something I am missing when it comes to scaling campaigns successfully?

You are not alone. This is actually pretty common with telegram ads.

A campaign can perform great at a small budget, but once you scale, subscriber costs often increase because you are reaching a broader and less engaged audience.

Instead of only increasing the budget, try testing new creatives and channel groups. In many cases, scaling comes from finding more winning campaigns, not just spending more on the same one

Once you increase budget, you often hit audience saturation, more expensive placements, and lower-quality traffic. I've found that duplicating campaigns, testing new channels/creatives, and scaling gradually often works better than simply raising the budget aggressively.

The main issue with telegram ads are they work on number of views a channel or bot have. So, if the maximum number of view channel/bot getting are limited then telegram can't really do much in that case.

All you can do is find the relevant channels/bot to maximize the views numbers. Generally, while scaling telegram ads, you can optimize for CPM, if any other competitor is bidding on higher cpm then their ads might be getting more views. So you need to create atleast 4-5 ads with different CPM and see the views count which one is performing better.

If you are facing this common thing you are not only the one . I can face this thing before. finding a profitable campaign is usually the easier part , but scaling without hurting performance is where the real challenge begins.

My exposure says that increasing the budget is too quickly often causes subscriber costs to rise. instead of making large jump, often I try to scale gradually and test additional channels ,creatives and audience segments at the same time.

I have noticed the same Many telegram campaigns perform well at lower budget but costs rise once you try to scale usually it is due to audience saturation what helped me was testing more channels creatives and audience segments instead of simply increasing the budget on a winning campaign
