Thank you!!!Damn look how far you've come, this is so inspirational![]()
For CQS I don’t try to “hack” it. I just treat the account like a normal Reddit user for a while before posting anything promotional. Normal comments, normal subs, no spammy posting patterns, no instant links, no aggressive DMing. Slow account history usually works better than trying to force karma fast.Could you tell me how you boost your Reddit account's CQS? I'm also curious about how to find a new model who runs her own fan page so I can propose a collaboration?

Another strong day. After the 180-day mark, the main focus is no longer proving the model works, it is keeping the system clean while the numbers keep moving up.

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations. I spent most of today reviewing how repeat buyers are being handled and where we can reduce unnecessary back-and-forth without making chats feel cold.
Observations
Biggest takeaway today:
Revenue is now more sensitive to user handling than traffic volume.
Adding more traffic helps, but small mistakes inside the flow now cost more than they did earlier. A missed follow-up, bad timing, or too much pressure can lose users who are already warmed and ready to spend.
Another thing I noticed:
Repeat buyers need rhythm, not constant selling.
If the pacing feels too aggressive, they slow down. If the pacing feels too passive, momentum dies. The sweet spot is staying present without making every interaction feel like a pitch.
On the monetization side:
PPV is becoming stronger because the trust layer is stronger.
Earlier, every offer needed more explanation. Now, users who already trust the page move faster when the offer is clear and positioned well.
Reddit is still the strongest channel for buyer intent. It is producing fewer random browsers and more users who already understand what they want before entering the funnel.
Another interesting point:
Cleaner workflows are improving chatter performance.
The less confusion inside the system, the better the conversations become. Simple rules, clear user segments, and better timing are making the whole operation easier to manage.
New Focus / Tests
• Improve rhythm for repeat buyers
• Reduce unnecessary back-and-forth
• Keep PPV positioning simple and clear
• Continue improving chatter workflow quality
The business is still growing, but the biggest edge now is operational discipline.
Appreciate that a lot bro I know many people just read silently, so it’s cool to hear.Hello I watched all the responses and threads I salute you, and thank you for updating us , I hope you continue to posting, I know that their are hundreds of guys watching this in silent I invited them to salute u
My two question, is what happens to the models , still posting? How many models I have now
The second question, do they post manually in the account or you handled that , in tiktok Instagrams
Hey bro, if 500+ DMs are getting almost no serious convos, I’d first look at targeting + account trust before blaming the opener.Hey Shijin, following your OFM thread. I’m stuck on model acquisition: 500+ DMs + some Meta ads, almost no serious convos.
Quick question: what worked for you on both ads and cold DMs?
For ads: was your funnel ad → IG DM, WhatsApp, lead form, or landing page?
and what angle worked best: free audit, creator collab, freedom/opportunity, or something else?
For DMs: what kind of opener got replies, and how fast did you pitch the call/agency?
Not asking for the full method, just trying to see if my bottleneck is creative, GEO, opener, or follow-up. Appreciate it.
Thanks bro, that actually helps a lot.Hey bro, if 500+ DMs are getting almost no serious convos, I’d first look at targeting + account trust before blaming the opener.
I didn’t rely much on Meta ads in the beginning. Most of what worked was manual sourcing through IG/TikTok and short, natural DMs. Ads can bring leads, but a lot of them are low quality unless the angle and qualification are very tight.
For DMs, I don’t pitch the agency immediately. First message is usually very light: something specific about their content/profile + a soft question about whether they’re open to growing or monetizing more seriously. If they reply, then I explain more. Going straight into “we manage OF creators” too early usually feels like spam.
The angle that worked best for me was not “freedom/opportunity” hype. It was more practical: you already have content/attention, but you’re probably leaving money on the table because there’s no system behind it.
Also, I’d avoid chasing too hard. One follow-up is fine, maybe two if she looks like a perfect fit. But if there’s no interest after that, move on. In this niche, the quality of the lead matters way more than blasting volume.
Waiting for Shijin to respond, why not focus on content and switch the content the moment you find aHey Shijin, following your OFM thread. I’m stuck on model acquisition: 500+ DMs + some Meta ads, almost no serious convos.

Have you worked in the account that you sending messages from,Thanks bro, that actually helps a lot.
Quick question: what type of account were you DMing from? Agency page, your personal account, or creator/model-style accounts?
I’m getting around 5-10% response rate now and booked 2 calls, but both flaked unfortunately. Trying to figure out if the account trust/setup is the main issue.
I tested a few, but the best results came from an account that looked like a real business/operator, not some empty “agency” page with no proof. Thanks bro, that actually helps a lot.

I think creating an account and make it little formel , will heps , maybe agency and the bio , make girle monitise theire content, sometimes people respond after they look at your account first, srry my first language is not eng
Do you search for girls on Instagram using hashtags? I’ve tried setting up a recommendations feed, but I keep coming across models who are already quite popular and therefore not suitable for this or who are already signed to an agency. Out of 100 girls, what percentage reply, and of those who reply, what percentage agree to work? What percentage do you offer them?Thank you!!!

For finding models, IG/TikTok is still the easiest for me. I look for girls who already have a fan page or clearly understand the creator space, but don’t seem to have strong marketing behind them. Smaller creators are usually better to approach because they’re more open to collaboration.
The best ones are already posting consistently, have decent personality/content, but aren’t scaling properly yet. Then the pitch is basically about helping them grow and monetize better, not just “let me manage you.”
I rarely use hashtags directly anymore. Sometimes they help, but most of my sourcing comes from Explore, suggested accounts, Reels, and accounts connected to creators I've already looked at. Once the algorithm is trained properly, it starts feeding you potential leads all day.Do you search for girls on Instagram using hashtags? Thanks bro!this is probably the most honest way to start a journey thread — no fake guru tone, no pretending to have everything figured out.
what i like is that you're treating AI as leverage, not some magic button. outreach, content ideas, scripts, follow-ups — all useful, but the real work is still consistency and testing.
the first model will probably be the hardest part, but once you understand what actually gets replies, the system becomes much easier to improve.
For one model I don’t like going too wide too early. A few solid accounts with consistent posting usually beat 10 messy accounts. If the main IG is the “home base,” then TikTok is mostly discovery, the goal is to make people curious enough to search/click through naturally, not force everything too aggressively.Could you please give me some advice on TikTok and Instagram traffic? How many accounts do you manage for a single model? How do you transfer followers from TikTok to your official account, especially if, for example, you have 10 TikTok accounts and only one Instagram account?
I’m also very interested to know how many posts and stories you put out each day, how much time you leave between them, and whether you use AI-generated content.
