Seperating Agency/Ad Accounts Providers in their own section

Hello,

A lot of us have running social and other forms of lathe scale automation have historically used the Accounts Selling marketplace section for various cloud, social and other forms of accounts.

In recent times, this section has been inundated with Ad Accounts providers.

Nothing against them, but this shadows the other providers in the section.

There is a huge disparity in the sales ticket size as well.

A typical cloud account goes for $xx and a smaller mail/telegram/discord et al account goes $0.x-$x, whereas ad accounts start at $xxx and only go upwards.

This means the stickies are also taken over by these accounts entirely. So even if one were to visit that section manually, finding other account providers becomes cumbersome.

There's obvious a nice demand for ad accounts and giving them their own section would mean granting them a dedicated space to sell their products. This would also lighten the regular account section and encourage more sellers and increase participation from buyers.

Thanks for the suggestion. As you probably know, one of the rules for starting a new subforum (including in the Marketplace) is:

All new sections on BHW require at least 50 recent, engaged threads on the topic, written by 25 different users.

These must have been posted in the last 3 months and must have more than 10 reasonable responses to an opening post of more than 175 words.

Can you provide a list of active sales threads that meet this requirement?

That sounded pretty clerical. But then I remembered, I write code/run automations for a living.

While they may all not have been created in the past 3 months, they are clearly dominating the front pages of the forum.

From the first four pages, the total thread count (including the stickies) is 123 posts. Out of this 70 are selling some or the other variant of ad/agency/BM accounts.

I guess having a specific subforums helps newbies like us to understand and find resources on the forum in a easy way possible

While they may all not have been created in the past 3 months, they are clearly dominating the front pages of the forum.

From the first four pages, the total thread count (including the stickies) is 123 posts. Out of this 70 are selling some or the other variant of ad/agency/BM accounts.

Yes, and no, but I'll explain below.

After careful consideration, we cannot proceed with this idea - the reason behind it is simple - say we open 2 new subforums - Agency accounts and Ads accounts, along the account selling section, the next suggestion that we'd get is - free vs premium vs subscription-based account types.

And that's only in this Marketplace subforum. It also means that other sellers from other subforums can request the same thing - for example - in the Proxy section - we can get a request for a separate subforums for Mobile vs Datacenter vs Residential. For Link building - subforums for Niche edits, Guest posts, PBN, etc. Basically, you will find live sales threads that match the criteria for a new subforum, but we cannot open endless Marketplace subforums based on a service subcategory. I won't even mention the endless requests that we'd receive to include that specific subforum in the left side menu bar.

Do you see what I mean here? While the idea is not bad at all, but it is mostly a "filter" for what's already in the subforum - a solution to this is to use the search.

Search → Search Threads → Enter keyword and search by titles only → Search in forum - select Account Selling/Renting Services

While I understand this is not your initial idea, this is the best solution at the moment. In Marketplace 2.0, there will be actual filters (as it's a custom-built Marketplace) that resolve this issue. While we cant say the exact launch date, it should be coming out soon. Something to look forward to.
