Would be a nice show of who are maybe the most vetted, and either popular, or responsive if in the 2 sections, any user that replies that has an open sales thread, should maybe be featured at the top of the lists, no matter when they reply.

That way the most interactive in that section, will reap good rewards for their exposure, and give more weight to their sales thread. even with something like a flag to like the "suspected ai" tag, except "Sales thread owner"

I only see a downside for those that reply in already busy HAF (example) where sales threads owners have replied, and they are bottom of the already say 3-5 list.

Then they should either be quicker, or give more detailed offer, or get a sales thread, so they can get more exposure.

Its a nice cheap motivating incentive really for those with sales threads, that I see buried sometimes in a number of reponses. I know they can say "hey we have a sales thread" but it could instead be BHW job to make that a non requirement to have to say that i feel to make the sales process for buyers easier.

We should really be proudly advertising them as if "Heres our brightest and best in customer sales" in the WTB/HAF sections, for just that little bit tiny more involvement on their part.

What you guys think?

Good one
At least sellers with active BSTs are generally more serious
And not those pink bots spamming every thread

I somewhat disagree with this

because the "Want to Buy or Hire a freelancer” section is ideally meant for buyers or freelancers looking to purchase services or products.

It has nothing to do with prioritizing profiles based on their rank from top to bottom.

On the other hand If a user is premium, Jr.vip, or higher. they are automatically considered more serious because they have already invested time, money and of course they having badge perks on their profile for enough to know everything

Interesting idea.

I do agree with @Nicks_ in the sense that already upgrading your account is showing that you're more serious as you're investing real life money. And from experience, a sales thread doesn't necessarily indicate one is more serious than a jr. vip without. However, and just thinking with my finger tips, this might actually be something that would fit in with the reworking of the executive program.

I thought there would be more pickup of this idea, anyway, if you think its good enough to pinch and use elsewhere, cool. Just lock it down now if you want, doesn't look like many more people want to chime in about it. Cheers

Honestly, I thought there might be more chatter involved as well.

Like I said, I do think it's an interesting idea and it's been put down on the list as maybe a potential perk of a Executive program tier.
