You can modify the content keywords before reposting; perhaps your current approach is ineffective. Try sharing the content on other social media platforms to attract organic reach.

keywords are only 20% of the game now, if your watch time and click through rate are low youtube wont rank it even if your seo is perfect.

check the video quality, it may look good to you but not pass the YouTube metrics. Especially the sound settings can cause a video to be low rated if it has areas where the volume goes up suddenly then comes down again

Is your video any good? Just share it on socials and reddit, and do that regularly with your content. Don't just make 1 video and sit on the sidelines complaining its a hardlife. Go out and promote your stuff. GET views and ranking!

Whenever a video underperforms, I look at the title and thumbnail before I look at keywords.

i wouldn't pay someone to rank the video unless you've already validated the keyword. The issue isn't the SEO serviceit's targeting a keyword that's too competitive. I'd start by finding a lower-competition keyword with real search volume, study the current top results, make a better video around that exact search intent, and optimize the title, description, and thumbnail accordingly.
