In the market, people sending SMS to Vietnam usually use gateway devices with physical +84 SIM cards . +84 sends to +84. So the method you mentioned is quite easy to implement.

Yep, I do SMS for a few of my SAAS campaigns, I got a good deal with Vonage for cheap SMS alerts so I use that for the marketing
Can you do SMS to US for bad content as well ? need 50-100k a day.

eu is a whole different beast compared to the us. if you are doing igaming or sweeps, you cant just buy cheap virtual numbers and blast. most western eu countries require pre-registered sender ids now or they just block the traffic at the carrier level. costs are way higher too but the open rates are insane compared to email... easily 80% if your timing is right. for those asking about gateways, unless you have local sim farms in those specific countries, you are better off finding a grey route aggregator who doesn't ask too many questions about opt-in lists. just prepare to pay a premium per submit.

Alpha numerical is too much of a hassle in my opinion - I run pure numerical using my provider and prefer the stable delivery ratecoge benefits of alpha numerical - but yes you are right alphanumeric is a pain
You need to prepare gateway devices and US SIM cards, insert the cards into the devices, then get the SMS platform and server ready. After that, you can send SMS to US clients.By the way, I have all of these available.
