I'm running an adult site. That's a pretty much a fresh domain.
I got connected with a person who has access to servers of a popular website(2m monthly visitors), he can put my domain into this big website. in iframe or so. (users shouln't see it, but search engine bots should index it)
How much would it influence SEO and website rating? Any thoughts/suggestions/ideas?

This kind of setup is risky and usually does not work long term. Search engines are pretty good now at spotting hidden embeds and mismatched content signals.

You can get short term movement but it often ends in deindex or trust loss for the whole domain.

Imo it won't make a huge problem, However If something Illegal is going on inside your website, your friend will be one of the first people who will be getting a visit from the local police department lol . People are doing this all the time don't worry, But you said it's short term there is always an implied risk such as google core update in december, might put everything down to zero.

An iframe link thats hidden from users but visible to search engine bots is a massive red flag. Google has been incredibly aggressive with algorithmic and manual actions against hidden text, hidden links, and cloaking methods recently.

A better way to do it would be to get your 'friend' to sneak you a link on a popular sub-page, which has less scrutiny on it, and make it a proper link rather than iframe nonsense. This approach is will still end in a deleted link, but it'll probably stay around much longer.

If your friend can slip links on less popular pages that the site owner won't check, it'll work better. You can also try to redirect a video to your site for a short period to drive traffic to your site. It'll help you grow traffic and improves your rankings.

iframe hidden links don’t pass real juice anymore. google ignores most of that or flags it. might get short spike but high risk of burn. not worth long term
