Reddit and Pinterest are easily the top picks right now. Since Google is pushing "discussions" so hard, getting a high-traffic thread on Reddit can drive crazy amounts of targeted visitors to your affiliate offers, and the conversion rates are usually much better than cold social traffic.

right now, i’d say search is still valuable, but depending only on niche seo sites is way riskier than before. a lot of affiliate marketers are shifting toward platforms with built in audiences, youtube, reddit, pinterest, tiktok, even email lists. those are giving more stable traffic than pure seo plays lately.,, google still works if you build real brands and useful content, but the easy “review site” model got hit hard.
personally, i think the safest move now is mixing traffic sources instead of relying on one platform. one update shouldn’t kill the whole business.

Pinterest is the way to go because pins stay active way longer than a tweet or a post, you should also get on reddit since those threads are getting all the views these days, just make sure you provide value before linking out so you don't get your account nuked.

YouTube and Pinterest are the top contenders right now. YouTube is great because your videos can rank in Google search results too. Pinterest is still a powerhouse for specific niches like home decor, health, or lifestyle. Both are way more stable than niche sites lately because they dont get hit by the same helpful content algorithm updates that have been nuking blogs.

What do you mean by cracking down on niche sites? Did your domain get penalized by Google? If so, it's better to duplicate the website with a different TLD and keep link building. Don't stop link building to the old website and keep link building to the new TLD as well. To answer your exact question, what after Google for me is DuckDuckGoâyeah, not Bing or Yahoo. DuckDuckGo may not work with all niches but mostly works, and the niches I work in convert more with DuckDuckGo than Bing and Yahoo. Also, tiered link building strategies work exactly like with Google with DuckDuckGo.

depends on the niche, but i'd look harder at reddit, youtube, and email lists than most affiliates do. platforms come and go. an email list stays yours. too many people learned the hard way what happens when all traffic comes from a single source.

I think pinterest is also works in certain niches because it behaves like a visual search engine with long contant lifespan.
