how to delete previous account

hi guys so a few years ago I made a Pinterest account unfortunately, the email I was using it with is now deleted, as I have a different account now. I wanna delete my previous account, but I dont know how to. Do I contact pinterest through email or anything?

I doubt contact them will do much. How can you prove that your email is yours? If you don't have it?

Try to recover your email, or check your chrome if use android or windows there might be saved password in password manager , search pinterest if that available will help you to login , otherwise email recovery , without verification they ( Pinterest won't help you....

If you have your photos and name sam e on Pinterest or , if photos you upload is yours like your photos means your face in post of pictures in Pinterest they can email and ask for it to delete and provide the old email link of pinterest profile and verify with National ID or Passport , ip address where you located so they will match with old login ip also then you actually might be deleted, I think this will be more headache for you
