What is the USD amount involved in your Dispute? $5000

Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
Cloaked Gambler offered to run blackhat google ads for gambling, he didn't provide any proof of the accounts themselves, but I trusted the mod who reviewed the thread and the few screenshots of people after that.. I transferred $5000 in USDC. After the first few days of the campaign I reviewed the players that he brought in and noticed that he's the one creating the accounts and playing on the casino. There's an obvious pattern in registration e-mails, names. The same cryptocurrency was used to play on all the accounts, and the same game was played. It's an obvious pattern of affiliate abuse, and not Google Ads campaigns. In the meantime, two users messaged me, one on BHW, another on Telegram, where we share the same experience. This isn't a player value issue, this is a scam. It's obviously him registering and depositing. No blackhat google ads are running here.

Once I noticed that every player has only one deposit, I noted that to him, he said that he will "switch up the keywords". Next day all the players had two to three deposits each.

Once I noticed that every player plays the same game and deposits with the same crypto, I noted that to him as well, and next day lo and behold, new games and new cryptos were used.

I've run blackhat google ads before, and I know how a player acquired from that channel looks, and this is not it.

I then requested to cancel the campaign and a refund of the remaining funds, he declined.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
Midway the campaign I asked him to stop what he is doing and refund the remaining funds. He declined. Because of that, I would assume that he's running a ponzi scheme.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I would like to get my money back.

Hello there,

I wanna keep this simple and would like not to go back and forth for a long time. I attached the screenshots of the campaigns, (April 18 is missing cause i can only attach 10 files.)

We ran the ads for him, he started to complain about conversion / quality of players (Not in our hands, we never guaranteed ROI or high quality traffic, the service states that we run the ads, thats it.)

So now i would like to know how i can refund him 5k, if i spent 90% of that on the ads, as you can see in the screenshots below?

His current balance is 571$, because the account got banned and we had to warm up some new ones. So the only thing that i can offer here is to refund him the 571$ out of my own pockets and we'll spend that 571$ on someone else (The money is inside the google account)

on the very top of that, i'll offer to refund the commission as well, which is 500$

This is all i can realistically offer, we ran the ads, and if he doesn't like the results, then i'm sorry, but his excel sheet is not proof for me that the players are fraudulent. Casinos always complain about player value and are notorious for not paying affiliates as well if they don't see immediate ROI.

I can't offer anything else.

I had the same experience, I never received any Google Ads reports that he promised me to send. Now he blocked my on Telegram, no refund, $16k lost.

@BassTrackerBoats I don't mind jumping on a video call with you or any of the mods and show the dashboard directly, we can go through each player and I can show you that they deposited with the same crypto, played the same games, and also show another campaign from a real google ads supplier where real ads were ran and how the players behave there. This is obvious affiliate abuse.

The graphs that he provided are faked, you can see it by the curves that do not match the numbers. He would need to provide the proof of the accounts through a video call in real-time.

I strongly believe that this is a ponzi scheme, and there are more scammed buyers around.

We keep everything on the forum:

https://gyazo.com/aaefae817dbf37c504368f8f65bebe62

Please post any screenshot proof you have.

Remember that I said that he gauged the deposits? Attached you can see the comparison of his campaign vs a legit blackhat campaign. It's the same market. You can see the difference between visits, FTD's, and the amount of deposits.

In the legit bh campaign there were zero crypto payments, his campaign had only crypto payments.

In the legit bh campaign players were alive for more than two days, in his campaign players died off after two days.

And if that isn't enough proof, then I'm also attaching the registration times and the deposits. This is something new that I just now noticed.

Every registered player came in at 11 minutes, showing automation (or at least a reminder) in place.

E.g. one came at 3 PM 11 minutes, the other at 8 AM 11 minutes, the third one at 9 PM 11 minutes and so on.

I can't show player information via screenshot on a public forum, but internally we have enough proof to flag this a scam.

Even if the mods don't believe me, at least re-review the service before more people get scammed.

@Cloaked Gambler - can you address this please?

@Cloaked Gambler - can you address this please?

I mean everyone can create an excel sheet and put some random numbers in there. If he doesn‘t wanna share internal proof then that should tell you enough. I ran the ads, and thats that. I didn‘t take the money and run away. I proved that i ran ads, and he proved that the player value was not good enough? The players i sent him deposited 1,000$ in total. I guess it just wasn't enough for him so he opened a dispute.

Like i said i don't wanna drag this on too much. I am not gonna refund 5k thats impossible, i can only refund the commission + the remaining balance. So if he accepts that we will go through with it, if he doesn't accept it i guess i will get banned and he will receive 0$.

Like i said i don't wanna drag this on too much.
I don't want to drag it on either, but I want to deal with this as to what is truth and what is not.

I don't come to work to show my pretty face, I need hard details to handle things properly.

You didn't address it, you merely left a cursory comment.

Brother what do you want me to say? I ran the ads, i have no control on the players he receives. He put numbers in a excel sheet and maybe did some inspect element. I uploaded multiple screenshots of the gads campaign. The graph lines up with the numbers, you can't inspect element that. My service never mentioned he will receive high quality players or ROI or anything like that. He received players, so whats the issue here?

Ok, please give me a little time to go through things again here and I'll get back with you.

I'm not out to cause anyone pain, I just want to be fair in the mediation process.

The issue is that I strongly suspect that you never ran Google Ads to begin with. I saw so many patterns in your players that it's obvious that you're behind them, and I also strongly believe that this is a ponzi scheme.

Two people reached out to me with the same assumption, so it's not like I'm the only one here claiming this. One is open to sharing their experience, the other one doesn't want to have anything to do with you at all anymore.

Ok, please give me a little time to go through things again here and I'll get back with you.

From my side I just want that someone re-reviews his service thread and actually digs in. I am 100% sure that there are no blackhat google ads, white pages, cloakers or similar setup for my campaign, or for the campaign of fabianc.

And to clarify;

I am an operator, I have the full overview of the players.
Fabianc is an affiliate, he doesn't have the full overview of the players, but the operator with whom he worked with declined to pay him because he saw what I saw as well. The players are faked.

I used his service for two different casinos: Crypto and non-crypto casino (GEO: CA). Below you se the traffic report of a well known crypto casino, over 80% are clearly fraud. I will provide review/stats of the other casino as well as soon as they reviewed the players in the coming days:

This is the message I got from them after review:

That doesn't look good.

@Cloaked Gambler - can you share your thoughts here please?

Dispute Summary

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute. He has not answered a question that was asked over 72 hours ago or been present to proceed with the dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

Thread Open For Commentary

BHW will not communicate outside our official communication methods at any time. Read more about how BHW communicates here.

I think the account is still active as i don't see any banned written on it.

I am saddened to hear this.

I also need to share an additional warning for anyone looking to advertise with bh Google Ads;

If the user doesn't want to jump on a video call and show the setup, they are fake.

I already had two genuine providers on a video call and they showed me the whole setup, so it is doable.

Just be careful with whom you're dealing with.
