Yes, your payment confirmation is your order confirmation. If your payment goes through then we have your order and will start working on it. There is no starting email required as we capture all the information we need on the checkout page.

You make your payment and Stripe sends you confirmation, we start your order, we deliver you order when it's finished. If you haven't got your report, then your order isn't finished yet. No one went silent mate.
