Monetizing a rapidly growing adult site

Hey guys,

This is my first post in BHW but I have some experience with online business, non of black hat stuff though.
Only a few days ago I started a adult site in non-english language. Like I suspected my Idea for the site and marketing it was great so in 3rd day of launch I have more than 500 unique visitors, around 5000 pageviews, average 10 min spent on site and very smal bounce rate. I have plans to grow the traffic and as things are actually going better than what I expected, i should be able to meet my plan's goal of 1 million hits per month pretty soon.
Also, to keep the comptetion away, I'm not planning to monetize the site until it gains good momentum, big user base and steady traffic. Basically it makes no business sense for a competitor to bug me at this point, cause as far as they are concerned the site is not making any money.
Now, here's my question:
What would be the best ways of monetizing an adult user generated content website with 1 million + hits per month. Btw, most of the traffic is US traffic, although language is not english.
I already have some thoughts which are:
1- Adult CPC networks (I know they are there like juicyads etc but I've never tried them)
2- Adult affiliates

What are your thoughts? please share.

There are many adult cpa programs out there who pay $30-$60 per membership signup... But the adult industry is taking a huge hit in sales recently due to all the free tube sites out there offering all the content for free.

Offers downloads of your content, but block it with a content gateway. Offer a one-time all access payment which would build your list for other adult offers. Build a membership site that offers drip ( ewww... ) content. Mix all three and you should be able to find a winner...

Cam shows are probably your best bet. Affiliate marketing is still alive and well but you need to promote niche sites as most of the larger networks have their content plastered all over the free tube sites. Content lock would also be a good idea.

Content gateways are good ways to monetize adult sites. A friend of mine has her own adult site and is making very good money through gateways with very little work!

I am in the same boat.. have a adult site thats is avg 7-9K uniques a day for this month and about 40k page views a day. I am just using bla and only doing like $6-8 a day from them and 2-3 dollars from a ppc site. I just added another adult site to link up to it and only 3 days up and 1000 visitors a day with out promoting it but now need to figure out how to really capitalize on this. I am just using bla but if anyone has great ideas. I also havn't backlinked or anything just my own way of bringing in traffic

id monetize the site with my other website
that sells sex toys and guarantees TOTALLY DESCREET packaging
and allows moneybookers and paypal payments

use that porn site of yours like a gateway to the sextoy shop ..

I have an adult tube site too and I have a 1 year experience with it.

I've tried all methods I've known to grow this site up and I've kinda made it, but I'm not very excited.

I've tried ppc ads and I've tried affiliate programs. All I gotta say is that affiliate programs convert more than ppc ads. There are a lot of adult affiliate sites. I'll tell you those with which I've had experience:

NastyDollars(has a great offer: $35-$40 to every sign up, free or paid. I'm currently using this)
ClickCash
Cams.

And in ppc ads I've used JuicyAds.

I would like to know how did you get that amount of traffic in only 3 days...

geez, that's a lot of traffic. Can you at least give us some clues as to what you're doing?

Adult dating and cams... Don't place blacklabelads on there or any other adult network ad zone, they dont pay enough.

If it's all TGP type traffic, it's probably not going to convert for you all that well.. Hit me up if you want help monetizing that traffic, we do adult dating traffic all day long.

Content lockers are gateway scripts.

You might have seen Movie/TVshow sites where when you want to watch the video a pop-up will come-up blocking your view of the content. It will ask you to fill CPA offers before it can unlock the content(remove the pop-up window which blocks your view)

In my experience adult ppc was never really profitable for me. You have to have A LOT of traffic to earn anything big from it. Selling adult website access has definitely gone down the drain over the years with all the free content on tubes and torrents. I find using cam or dating sites tends to be the best at this point.
