My Journey Growing 3 IG Accounts to 100K Followers with AI Automation Software

I’ve been managing and growing social media accounts for quite some time now, especially Instagram pages across different niches and monetization models.

I’ve worked on accounts with different goals, some focused on getting brand deals, some for affiliate income, and others purely built to be flipped later for a decent price.

So overall, I’ve had my fair share of testing what works and what doesn’t.

Now I’ve decided to start a public journey thread.

Everything is moving towards AI automation, auto scheduling, auto content generation. At this point, it’s less about just posting manually and more about who can deliver the most consistent, high-quality, and engaging content at scale.

I’ve tested quite a few tools, software and setups before, and for this journey I’ll be using an automation-based workflow (currently running it with GeeLark automation software).








Right now, I have 3 Instagram accounts that I recently started rebuilding, and they’re already showing some decent early progress.

So this will be a long-term journey where my main goal is:

Grow all 3 accounts to 100K organic followers

Account #1 (Meme Niche)​

• Organic Followers: 5K
• Posts: 199

This one should be the fastest to scale (hopefully). Meme content tends to grow quicker if executed properly.

The plan for this account is to flip it once it reaches 100K followers, assuming I can find a decent buyer by then.

Account #2 & #3 (Crypto / Finance Niche)​

Account #2

• Organic Followers: 600
• Posts: 49

Account #3

• Organic Followers: 490
• Posts: 66

Both of these will be focused on:

• Crypto content
• Financial-related topics

The niches will be quite similar, mostly centered around crypto.

Monetization plan for these:

• Affiliate offers
• Partnerships
• Potentially other income streams later

These two are long-term assets, so I’m not planning to sell them.

I’ll also eventually expand them into other platforms like:

• Facebook Pages
• TikTok
• X (Twitter)
• YouTube

(Might turn that into separate journeys later on)

So far, everything looks pretty smooth.

For now, I might update a bit slower in the beginning since I’m still refining a few things:

• Strengthening the branding & naming
• Content design style for each account (yeah, I’m a bit of a perfectionist here)
• Improving the overall posting & automation system

All accounts are created from scratch, I don’t buy accounts. I prefer controlling everything from the beginning.

No major warnings so far, I’m keeping the activity quite conservative and focused more on content quality + consistency rather than aggressive actions.

On the proxy side, since I’m only running a few accounts, I keep it simple. I don’t see the need to overcomplicate it at this stage, just making sure behavior looks natural and avoiding any obvious patterns.

Thank you, for now I’m focusing more on consistency than volume.

I aim around 1–2 posts per day per account, depending on the content flow. Sometimes more if I see good momentum, but I don’t force it.

I do use an automation workflow for content creation and scheduling to keep things efficient, but I still review and adjust everything manually before posting. I try to keep the content as natural and engaging as possible, not just mass-generated.

Each account stays consistent within its niche, while I keep testing different content angles to see what performs best.

The meme account is kind of there to keep things fun and keep me motivated, with faster growth, more views, and better analytics, it helps maintain momentum.

While the crypto accounts are more of a long-term play. Slower, but that’s where the real money is.

So I’m basically balancing both, something fun to grow, and something serious to build

For content, I’m using an AI-assisted workflow to generate ideas, drafts, and schedule then I refine and adjust everything manually to fit each niche and keep it engaging.







For account management, I keep things pretty simple for now. Since I’m only running a few accounts, I focus more on keeping the activity natural and consistent rather than overcomplicating the setup.

If these 3 accounts scale well and the system runs smoothly, I’ll likely expand into more accounts. At that point, I’ll start using proxies to keep things properly separated and easier to manage at scale.

Quick update after running more tests and optimizing the setup.

After analyzing the first batch of posts, I noticed that performance is highly affected by retention rate in the first 2–3 seconds and how “natural” the content looks (less over-edited = better reach).

Some adjustments:

• Improved hook structure (first 1–2 seconds more scroll-stopping)
• Reduced over-editing (more native/organic IG style)
• Slight variation in captions + hashtags per account
• Adjusted posting intervals to avoid pattern detection

Automation Setup Update:

I’ve also refined the automation workflow:
• Scheduled posting with randomized timing
• Content variation applied (cropping, zoom, metadata tweaks)
• Action limits adjusted to keep accounts under the radar
• Initial warm-up behavior added (to build trust signals)

One thing I’ve been noticing lately is that small variations in content structure (even very minor ones) can make a noticeable difference in reach. Not just the hook, but also pacing and how “native” the content feels on the feed.

Also seeing that pushing too many posts too close to each other slightly hurts performance, so spacing and timing seem to matter more than I initially thought.

Some recent tweaks:

• More focus on pacing (not just the hook, but flow throughout the video)
• Testing softer captions vs slightly more engaging/click-driven ones
• Better timing gaps between posts (less clustering)
• Slightly cleaner content (less edits, more “real” feel)

Automation-wise, nothing too aggressive, just refining what’s already working:

• More natural scheduling patterns
• Minor variations on each upload to avoid repetition
• Keeping actions within safe limits
• Letting accounts “breathe” more between activities

Another small update.

Sometimes the “less optimized” looking content actually performs better. Content that feels too polished or too edited seems to lose a bit of that native IG feel.

A few recent adjustments:

• More spacing between uploads
• Slightly more niche-focused captions

Automation side is still running smoothly so far:

• Scheduling is more randomized now
• Content variations are working well
• Keeping activity levels balanced and natural

I’ve been feeling kinda overwhelmed lately and it’s been hard to fully focus since I’m also handling other work and projects at the same time.

So this journey has slowed down a bit because my focus is split right now, but I’ll still try to keep posting updates whenever I can.

- Been focusing more on these crypto acc than the others since the engagement looks more promising.
- A few posts showing better retention than before.

I’ve decided to start one more meme niche account, this time a Facebook meme page that I created earlier this May.

The performance is still pretty random at the moment, but it’s already showing some promising results. I’ll share more detailed stats and insights in the next time.

Been busy lately as usual, but still trying to stay consistent and keep this journey thread updated.
