I'm looking for Instagram followers and likes from accounts, Would be happy to test with a small order.
 
I posted here about two or three months ago about their service and was praising them. It was unsolicited. I just wanted to give an update about my past month worth of experience. This platform has became COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. To a point that I have absolutely no desire to ever go back to it.

The support has become a complete joke. I order, it does not get delivered, I raise an issue with the support, they tell me to wait 24 hours. Then I wait almost 1 WEEK (!) at which point I have to message them again asking what's going on ... and they say they will cancel it but then I have to send them multiple messages a few days later and my money is still not back. YouTube order delivered 30 views since March 15th, LinkedIn order pending since March 25 with ZERO follow-ups on their end unless you force them. ABSOLUTE JOKE!

This is NOT A ONE OFF. In the past 1 month now, continously I have issues with 80%+ of my orders. Same pattern. Same responses. Same issues across all platforms (instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, you name it)...etc.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THEIR SERVICES, PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE. I am not going to promote a competitor as it would be unfair to this provider but there are now platforms where you can just hit a REFILL button if you ever have an issue and they deliver it immediately. Here the process is to open a support ticket, wait day or days for a response, then an unfulfilled promise or two or three and maybe in 2 weeks you get your refund (if you diligently follow-up). Too much work, too much talk, blaming everything on issues beyond their control. It has gotten really boring listening and dealing with it. NO MORE, THANKS!

Thanks. I have wasted countless of hours on your support that keeps on promising but never delivers. I even had it recently where I ordered something and you guys could not deliver. I was told to order a different one because there was a system update. So I did. You could not deliver that either. Then I even asked the support "OK, which service do you recommend?" then I used that and even there you guys had issues.

As I said: HARD PASS. I will not be using you guys anymore. Best of luck with your sales.
