The PR are come from the domain name and usually random from 0-8 :)

Got the delivery today, here is my review for this service:

The order was delivered promptly with the extra links by 20%, but the best thing make his service unique is for every single links in the report were user/pass provided as well. This is a good thing because if you're not lazy ,then you can login to post some more extra posts which in turn will help you to get extra backlinks. Highly recommend.
