How are people making these Ai models look like this?

I have an ai model which used sdxl as a base model and a trained character lora for generating images. But I keep seeing ai models like these and mine don't look anything like this.

Obviously there is some type of filter over the images but how do they get such consistent and such realistic instagram posts? Any ideas? Can't be a faceswap because i've tried so many workflows for faceswapping and none of get this type of quality.

Feel free to look at the profile this is 100% an ai model. That's how real this looks because at first it looks so genuine.
