AI concerns for the younger generation

Since AI has become the biggest change to the human race in terms of technological advancement, what should I be doing?
Should I look at what can't be replaceable, or learning to use AI to my advantage?
Or is there any other way I can become less worried?

That's the hardest part. Even the AI guru aka inventor is very much concerned about it's growth.

I think AI can be a very nice relative for things you already do , for example if you are a bus driver , you can give the ai each bus stop , and ask it to optimize the route for fuel effeciency…. Just some basic example but you can use to achieve really cool things now which takes days to achieve .

Its a danger when intentions turn wrong which will after some time . But it will take a lot of time to reach there .

No point to be worryied to be honest, just focus on your main skillset and use AI to improve it.

Also learn other boring skills such as sales or communication, would come in handy either way

I would say use it to your advantage, but try not to be too dependant on it. It should be a tool to help you enhance your abilities, but it should not think for you 24/7. Learn how to do your own research, critical thinking is a must and I fear newer generations will lose that. Every time someone brings this topic up I think of the movie idiocracy.

I combine both. You should learn how to use AI as a powerful assistant to free up your time, thereby focusing on developing creative thinking and empathy, core values that AI cannot yet reach

Don't choose one over the other, combine both. Sharpen your critical thinking and creativity, which are inherent in human nature and turn AI into a powerful partner. When you master the tools, you'll be more confident and less anxious.

Or use AI to test of new creatives of anything you feel is valuable to the society at large

I advise you not to view AI as an adversary, but as a partner. You should combine both to hone your purely human skills such as strategic thinking, empathy and creativity, while learning how to control AI to optimize performance. Once you master the tool, confidence will naturally replace anxiety

You said it right there. AI is coming, there's no stopping it. It will be in all the robots doing the manual work people fail to forget they can do. Start learning robotics and AI I guess, that's the future.

Nothing you can do about it. Going to screw over the young generations. Gen A and B will get hit the hardest.

Nobody really knows the impact yet and we're still in very early stages but I expect we'll start seeing this escalate in the next few years when companies simply freeze all new hiring.

I'd vote for control of fire, agricultural revolution, writing system, industrial revolution, electricity etc.

the best thing is to adapt ai into whatever you're doing make use of it to your advantage it is not a coincidence that you're part of the generation where ai become live

Might be but we won't know until commercial adoption is tried at a large scale. Right now the tech is developing and no where near a finished product, some have tried it but companies themselves right now are moving towards a hiring freeze in anticipation that AI could replace workers saving them money which is one of the core issues with the job market right now.
