i own a med spa, we do health n wellness stuff, specifically medical services like IV therapy, injections, etc, along with other services.

we are between agencies and in a marketing lul, nothing is happening, noting has been working, so paid ads are on a hold

curious if anyone has any ideas on lead generation for this market?

i have tried mass following/unfollowing local competitors, along with DM'ing an amazing offer/promo to the people who follow back, saw 0 success with that

Do you have a social media presence?

I had a client back in the day that owned gyms, and my strategy, which worked well for them, was building out their social media.

You can build referrer leads

Reach out to the business who has your ta.

Purpose a commission if they send you leads.

we do have a presence but its nothing good, we dont keep it up with it, we automatically post content from corporate

we are a franchise and every other location does a shitty job because they have tested it and its just not worth it, low roi

East and Perfect go for Google ads, Let people visit your website and book form their.

You might want to lean into building trust and value first, like local community engagement, educational content about your services, or collaborations with complementary businesses. Even simple things like hosting a free webinar or posting short tips about wellness can attract leads organically while keeping your audience warm.

Did you run into any temporary account restrictions when you first ramped up the budget, or was it smooth sailing?

The gym I served back in the day had some 40+ locations,

I had responsibility for one, but did stuff for the entire group of them.

They actually gave me an office in the one I managed and social media drove a lot of business to them.

Focus on local SEO and Google Maps. Reviews and before after posts bring real leads. Social dms dont work much in this niche.

I created something like this an AI automated agent that gathers leads through social media. Its more like an engine running constantly.

Seems like a golden rule for all spas and gym
Those are the only potent channels to get the feel
yea but the million dollar question is what content and strategy. informative? fun skits? weve seen other studios make gay fucking skits that get like 2 likes, we have like 400 followers but only get 1 or 2 likes on our scheduled corporate posts. the whole thing is bad, i dont know if there's any lead value in it. most of our good customers found us off Google because we are a service based business and they needed a certain therapy, not cuz they were scrolling on instagram @ 2am

Free treatment always attracts customers and can create new customers.

So make a Social Media Contest/draw. Where people comment something to the Social media post. Make the same contest on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
After all, the engagement rate increases on social media, the higher the Facebook, TikTok or Instagram algorithm can push that page.
Share the contest in your local Facebook group if possible.
Choose your prize carefully, choose something that is "cheap" and "smart" to make it so that almost all people can participate.

Then, if possible, Vloggers are goldmines, so try to get some vloggers as clients of your treatment center for free. I don't know where you live, I assume you live in the USA.
Where there are a lot of Vloggers. But even this has to be done "quietly", i.e. make a silent agreement with the vlogger.
You give the vlogger such an opportunity that they try all possible treatments, and it is filmed or they film it or etc.

In this MedSpa business, I know that it's difficult. One of the most difficult businesses, because you have to create images in people's heads and almost lie about things... Many in that industry are forced to brand that thing around themselves, unfortunately.
Which then creates the problem that if it's branded around one person. That makes it difficult to sell the company if something like that ever comes up.

The customers are probably women, but the payer must be a man. Women spend quite a lot on MedSpa services, so men are left a bit behind in marketing. If you can somehow get men to buy women a MedSpa treatment as a gift or surprise. That would be very good!
Stand sales can also be an effective way for men, so you should go to a place like that to someplace. Where men make impulse purchases and set up a stand sales point there. Where you try to get a man to buy treatment for his wife, girlfriend, secret lover or maybe even himself.

For a med spa, organic works best when you build local trust first. Google Business Profile is underrated, keeping it updated with photos, offers, and responses to reviews can drive consistent walk-ins without spending anything on ads.
